PLEASE READ ENTIRE LISTING BEFORE BOOKING! Beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath waterfront home. If you are coming to Lake Norman to enjoy the outdoors, this is the home for you! The home has a large deck looking over the lake, a covered patio with a table with seating for 4, a gas grill and ceiling fan. A fire pit for cool nights, roasting hot dogs and making smores! The lake shore features a white sandy beach with a gazebo, and seawall with steps leading into the water. Near the shore, the water is shallow enough for children to play! We also have a large covered boat dock. Explore the lake in the paddle boat or canoe! Life vests in various sizes are down on the dock for your safety. Inside, the large master bedroom has a king size bed and large closet, with sliding doors leading out onto the deck. Upstairs, you will find a loft style bedroom. (There is no door, it is open to the stairs.) It has a double bed. You walk through that bedroom to bedroom #3. It has a queen bed and sliding glass door leading onto a deck. Both the lift bedroom and the queen bedroom have their own half bath. From bedrooms 2 & 3, up another set of stairs is our game room. It is perfect for rainy days or just for fun. We have a pool table, lots of board games, a 49" TV. There are (2) XL Twin/Over Queen bunkbeds in the game room, making a perfect sleeping are for kids and teens! The game room also has a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, small appliances (a coffee maker and a Keurig are provided) and a counter-height table with seating for 7. There are two folding tables and 8 folding chairs for extra seating located in the master closet. The spacious living room has a gas fireplace and a 65" smart TV. Wi-Fi is also included.
Washer and Dryer are available. Sheets and towels are available for you to use if you’d like, we only ask that you wash them before you leave. Pillows and blankets are also provided.
Please note that our home is in no way "childproof". Please keep this in mind when booking with small children. It is also not handicap accessible. There are a LOT of stairs throughout the house. The Master Bedroom is on the main level, but the other bedrooms and game room are upstairs. During the summer months, OUR CHANGEOVER DAY IS SATURDAY. During the off-season, you may arrive/depart on any day of the week. Check-in no earlier than 3pm, Check-out @ 10am sharp.
In the off season, we have a two night minimum. In the summer months, 7 night stay is required, however, we will consider shorter, last minute rentals (3 day min.).

---The property damage insurance is for your protection in the event something is accidentally damaged in the home. The security deposit is for our protection against smoking and pets in the home, not for any damages. Both are REQUIRED.---

**This is a SMOKE FREE and PET FREE rental. Absolutely NO pets are allowed at the home. You will be asked to leave with no refund**
**This home is not available for parties. Absolutely no large groups! Max occupancy is 12. Large groups will result in you being asked to leave the property immediately with no refund.**

*Please note: Owners reserve the right to access the dock at any point during your stay, with minimal, if any, disturbance to the renters. Access would be limited to one or two people boarding the owners boat to depart/dock the boat only. *
