Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Leave home in condition it was upon arrival. Open/left over food must be cleaned from fridge/freezer. Empty inside trash to outdoor trash receptacle.
All trash created on beach must be removed from beach. Throw out in outdoor receptacle at cottage.
Extraordinary cleaning required beyond standard cleaning service between renters will be charged to renters (security deposit withheld).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We strive to ensure the Clinton CT coastline will be enjoyable for generations to follow!

Why they chose this property

This property is a stones throw away from beach, a walk to Dairy Queen (did somebody say ice cream), a drive down road to Dunkin Donuts, major grocery stores and plenty of restaurants! Just a 5-6 minute ride to two major outlets: Westbrook outlets & Clinton Crossing outlets. Just a 30 minute drive gets you to beautiful Mystic OR Mohegan Sun Casino! And just an hour or so depending on traffic you can visit Newport, RI!
