At La Luz (The Light), watch the waves from the large partially covered deck or walk just a few steps to the beach! This BEACHFRONT home has been recently furnished and updated including laminate waterproof flooring throughout the entire home, a renovated full bath on the first floor, nicely stocked, and well maintained. The Main deck includes a Polywood outdoor dining table with 6 chairs & 4 Polywood Adirondack rocking chairs and side tables.

The open-concept living room has a new oversized sofa and 2 new comfy chairs. The dining area offers a dining table with 4 chairs and a dining bench and 4 swivel barstools at the kitchen counter/bar. The well-equipped kitchen has new custom-built upper cabinets, PLENTY of counter space, dishes, glasses, a large assortment of pots and pans and items needed for cooking and baking, lots of outdoor-friendly cups, dishes, and serving pieces, as well as many appliances to accommodate everything from your morning Keurig or freshly brewed pot of coffee to your favorite frozen beverage in a VitaMix blender.

For your enjoyment, the downstairs Patio Area (under the home) has a full concrete floor with 2 hanging hammocks, a Trex walkway off the concrete area, a beach-facing built-in picnic table, and a gated fenced-in side yard. Lots of outdoor adult and child-sized Adirondack chairs, beach chairs, an assortment of beach toys, boogie boards, water/sand table and toddler basketball (bring your own ball as ours disappears), floats, cornhole, ring toss, and other outdoor games are stored under the house or in the garage and ready for your use. A Weber charcoal grill and fire pit are available and are also under the house - bring your own charcoal and wood and please clean when finished.

Recently added fenced-in side yard makes it safe and easy for your pups to be let out from the main deck and be protected in the grassy area adjacent to the house. All animal excrement must be picked up.

Recently replaced outside stairs to the main deck made with non-splintering Trex material and lights on the stairs.

After enjoying a day on the beach, come inside to relax and enjoy the Premier Xfinity cable package on 3 TVs (65” Vizio Smart 4K TV in the living room) with over 530 channels including most movie and sports channels and lots of streaming apps. Primary bedroom has large screen Smart TV and the Premier Xfinity cable package, King Guest room has a new Vizio 40" LED Smart TV with the Premier Xfinity cable package, and the bunk room has a 32" Smart TV with access to a large number of channels/apps for TV programs, movies, music, web browsing, gaming, and access to compatible media content stored on your computer (no Xfinity on this TV). Also included are Extreme-Pro high-speed internet, DVD player, PS3 with 2 controllers (bring your own games), and a host of puzzles, cards, books, and board games.

The second-floor large Primary Bedroom has a VERY comfortable Simmons BeautyRest Plush King-size mattress, large screen HD TV (with Premier Xfinity cable package), recliner chair, and a large private balcony with 2 Adirondack chairs and a side table. Master Bathroom has a tub/shower combination, an additional stand-up shower, toilet, a double vanity, a mounted make-up mirror, and a sitting bench. Extra pillows, blankets, a toddler bed, & Pack-n-Play are stored in the spacious walk-in closet and available for your use.

The Second Bedroom has a very comfortable King-size Simmons Beautyrest Plush Mattress with windows facing the beach and a door to access the main balcony and a new 40" Vizio LED Smart TV (with Premier Xfinity cable package). Extra pillows and blankets are kept in the closet.

The Third Bedroom has a Pyramid-style bunk bed; a twin bed on top and a double bed on the bottom and a convertible chair (flips out to a "twinish" sized bed - bedding available on request). 32" Smart TV for streaming and apps (no Xfinity on this TV) and a blackout shade for late sleepers.

1st Floor fully renovated bathroom has a toilet, vanity, and a tub/shower combination. Kohler faucets and shower and subway tile surround.

Outside Cabana shower has hot and cold water with a foot spout and showerhead.

The Main Deck is made with Trex material (no splintering) and is partially covered by the private Primary bedroom deck. The recently replaced outdoor staircase is also made with Trex material.

Fully open private Upper Deck is made with Trex material and has entry only from the Primary bedroom.

Grassy lawn can be found around the perimeter of the House with a small fenced-in side yard and a gravel driveway.

The kitchen is very well stocked including but not limited to an Air fryer, VitaMix blender, stand mixer, Pod coffee maker, regular coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, large electric griddle, fondue pot, pots & pans, dishes, utensils, cups, glasses, wine & bar glasses, outdoor-friendly cups, plates, serve ware, and basic spices. Recently replaced dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove, & refrigerator with water filter and water/ice dispenser on the door. First aid kit is stored in the kitchen next to the stove.

Included in your stay are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, Charmin Blue toilet paper, Kleenex, a large roll of paper towels, dish detergent, Finish dishwasher pods, HE Tide Pods, dryer sheets, kitchen trash bags, hand soap, a new kitchen sponge, basic cleaning supplies, and 1 set of hotel-sized amenities in each bathroom.

Printer/scanner/copy machine is stored in the Primary bedroom closet (extra Ink and paper and instructions are stored in the dresser)

Please bring your own beach towels, charcoal, & firewood.
