Welcome to the most conveniently located downtown home in Nashville with plenty of free parking. This beautiful 1929 home in Historic Downtown Nashville area has 2 huge King rooms and 2 huge Queens with 2 bathrooms with showers. Large sitting room that also doubles as a bedroom with a very comfortable pull out twin beds if needed. Fully equipped kitchen with dining table. This house is a 10 min short ride from the airport and walking distance to Nissan Stadium, the Honky Tonks on Broadway, Bridgestone, Ascend and other conveniences. You have the choice of exploring what Nashville has to offer or stay closer to home and enjoy the firepit and pickle ball games or relax on the front porch and watch the world go by with morning coffee or pregaming for the evening.

Easy interstate access ( both to I 40 and I 65) . Approx 10 minutes to our airport depending on time of day.

Park up to six cars in the gated lot; also plenty of free street parking if needed but better to be inside gates ; Dogs are also welcome with prior notice and approval

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please make sure the 2 clickers are left on the glass table as well as extra gate keys .

I sure both front and back doors are closed completely and locked

Always disclose if pets are coming. Additional $50 pet cleaning fee & another $50 if dog poops are not disposed of properly. No pets on furniture. We expect our guests to be responsible pet owners.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please be aware that we have 3 security cameras ; 1 is located on the front porch aimed at the front gate and the other 2 are located back porch/ gate

Please let us know if you need an early check in/late check out. Happy to oblige if possible however there will also be an hourly charge.

Always disclose if there are pets. $50 each Pet. Addl $50 pet cleaning fee+ $100 if dog poops are not disposed of properly. No pets on furniture.

Great place to stay. Easy and early check in was available without a fee. Plenty of room and a really nice place. Location is pretty convenient. Walking to downtown is plausible if you don't want to rideshare. Plenty of secured parking as well. Communication was good as well. Will most likely try to stay here again if needed in the future.

Clayton and his group left our historic downtown home near as a pin and they brought 2 dogs with them. They had several vehicles that were secure within our gated compound and were easy to host.

Host responded quickly and house was nice. Note: the fee for dogs may be charged after the stay and not included in the original invoice. We spoke with the host and advised we would be taking dogs with us before booking and the host sent us the link for booking. Then after we left the host sent us an additional invoice for the dogs. This was misleading as you would expect that this was included in the original cleaning cost on the booking invoice.

Unique house close to the party but away from the crowds.

Lovely little house with good parking. Stayed here with some coworkers for a conference in town. The house is unique with old school feel but just enough updates to meet all your needs. Plenty of hot water for several people to take back to back showers. Nicely equipped kitchen so you can make your own meals and save a little. The front Patio and garden are wonderful in the evening, especially if it's raining. Good AC and fans for those hot summer nights. Thank you so much Pat!

Very Very Happy!

The house was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do while in Nashville. Broadway was a short walk or a quick Uber ride. Pat was very helpful making recommendations for local attractions and places to eat. I highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to Nashville.

Downtown Nashville

We enjoyed our stay while in Nashville. The house was close to all the downtown attraction but also far enough away that you didn’t hear all the late night noises. We didn’t drive anywhere the whole time during our stay. Our host was very informative about places to eat, things to do and about not trying to drive and park while in Nashville. The house was very well represented. The only thing was there was no living room to sit and watch tv together. You had to watch in the room where one of the couples slept. Would advise opening up a living room or having a tv in both bedrooms especially if it would have been raining. Over all we were very pleased and felt safe.

The perfect place, ease of access that keeps downtown close!

A very nice place that is very comfortable and includes secure parking for more that 1 vehicle. You can walk to downtown & depending on traffic; the airport is only a 10 minute drive!! We were very comfortable staying here.

All the comforts of home

Outstanding for two couples. Pat is a very attentive host and has considered all the details to make her place an exceptional visit in Nashville. Yes, we would stay again! Make sure that you check out the music at Third and Lindsey only a few blocks away; Broadway is only a mile away and a pleasant walk; The Southern is just under a mile also - making for a great location!

My husband and I looked for several years for our downtown home. When we finally found it we knew with the crossing of the threshold we knew this was exactly what we were looking for...two months of renovations later we were able to move in. We often walk to downtown for dinner or a Predators game too. Nashville has exploded around our location and that means lots of restaurants to choose from and special events too.

Why they chose this property

With huge rooms we knew The home had good bones but badly needed updating. We replaced all the floors with red oak flooring that is beautiful. And the high ceilings are embossed with each room slightly different in appearance as well as crown
Mouldings. We also were able to garden and have added a beautiful perennial garden because the soil is so rich...everything grows! We also added a red wrought iron fence surrounding the property for privacy and gated parking for up to 6 autos.

"Even prettier than the pictures"...loved sitting on the front porch with my morning coffee... your home is a real gift...we loved staying here....it's a Palace!
