The Chalet was perfect for our family! It was very clean, tidy and had a well stocked kitchen! Patrick was a GREAT communicator! My grandkids LOVED the jacuzzi tub!
Chalet was great for small family, unique use of space. The one bathroom was beautifully appointed and very clean. Location was near to area amenities.
This property was perfect for us. The space was so clean and comfy. There was only 2 of us so the property was far more than we needed but it was quiet and cozy. Patrick was amazing amd communicated throughout the whole process. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

It was a wonderful place!
Very cozy. Love the bathroom! We loved the details of the moldings! Wish there had been a broom to help keep it clean. Such a great atmosphere! Thanks!

Thank you for staying at the Chalet! I am glad you enjoyed yourselves. I will make the broom accessible for future guests. That is a good suggestion and much appreciated. There was a broom in the closet but it was locked up. If you stay with us again please feel free to messaged me at any time with questions. I would have been more than happy to give you the access code to the closet.
Thanks again and hope to see you in the future.
Patrick made the process of booking our family vacation effortless. The chalet is very charming and has everything you need within it. A bonus is everything is in very good shape and of great quality. Plenty of bedroom space and a very large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and spacious shower. I would highly recommend this chalet for any type of getaway or family vacation.

We had a great time staying in NH over the long weekend. Property was nice and cozy, perfect for our family of 4. Easy access to everything since it's right off Rt. 16. Could be noisy for some but we didn't mind. Patrick was wonderful and helped me with a few questions. Really appreciated! Would stay again.
We had a great time at the Chalet. It was close to everything we wanted to do in the area. Santa’s Village was a quick hour drive through the mountains, was great for the kids. Multiple close restaurants with great takeout.
The chalet itself was very clean and had all we needed for the stay. Kitchen was well appointed with plenty of pot/pans as well as plates/cups/silverware for nights in.
Access to the pools across the street was great and may have been my kids favorite part of the trip.
Host was very responsive to any needs, check in and out was incredibly easy.
Would love to stay at this property again.
It was a nice cabin to stay in. Very clean. A bit challenging with no storage for food (outside of the fridge). Also, miniamal storage hooks to hang clothes in bedrooms. Patrick is a doll and very quick to respond to any concerns. Access to the pool was lovely. Nice deck, did not get a chance to use the grill due to weather. Lovely bathroom, could stand to use a few more bath mats, was awkward moving it around the bathroom. Overall a lovely place to stay!
This was a great property to serve as a home base for our visit to the North Conway area. The kitchen and grill gave us a break from having to eat out every meal. The shower and tub were a nice way to clean off and relax after a long day. And the ability to use the amenities are Nordic Village were a great bonus. My son tried every single pool and hot tub. The location was a little noisy with the traffic from Route 16 but with the air conditioner on upstairs we were able to sleep well. Otherwise, the location was ideal - we used it as our home base for visiting North Conway, Santa's Village and the Living Shores Aquarium. Check-in and check-out process were simple and easy to navigate.
We booked last minute after our go-to place suddenly doubled in price. The outside was very dated and too close to the busy road. We heard vehicles all night and there wasn’t any quiet. The upstairs was quaint. However the beds were ANCIENT and very uncomfortable any time you moved they creaked so loud it woke everyone else up. The bathroom was down stairs and getting up in the middle of the night between the bed and the stairs creaking so loud it was not a very comfortable stay. Overall it was good for a last minute booking but not something we would choose first to do again, unless there was an upgrade on the beds and upstairs.
We stayed for 4 days, 3 nights. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, glasses and silverware. I loved that there was a binder with all of the information you needed for the stay, including manuals for all of the appliances. Totally loved reading the “book of stays” that previous guest have written in. My 7 year old granddaughter wrote a note before we left, with her stating her favorite part was the chacoosee (jacuzzi) tub!
While this was a truly wonderful stay, we had to make accommodations for a one year old, and was challenging. Recommendation to not go with a child under 2 years old.
The home can accommodate 7 people, but the kitchen area is tight - very functional though.
I would definitely rent this again!
We were 3 adults and 2 small children and this place was the perfect size for us. The place was very clean upon entry. It has everything you need for a home base while doing activities in the white mountains. Lots of puzzles too. Beautiful bathroom. Comfy beds.
There are no dressers in the bedrooms, so aside from a few hooks, you're living out of the suitcase, but there are window seats that we used as shelves for our stuff in the upstairs bedrooms.
A few things to consider if traveling with small children as we were:
- No doors in upstairs bedrooms, so it may be hard to put little ones for nap or sleep and still have fun downstairs after. We made do but it took a little getting used to. My mother took the downstairs bedroom, which is the only room with a door.
- You might want to bring a stool for the bathroom. The sink is a lovely large glass bowl type of sink. But hard for the kids to reach.
- No soap is allowed in the jacuzzi tub, so we bathed the kids in the shower.
- The toilet seat includes a toddler seat which I thought was awesome! So we didn't even need to bring ours.
The owner was very responsive to questions and our rental experience overall was great!

We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay!
Having two children of our own, we fully understand that traveling with children can be challenging and is an adjustment whenever you leave your own home.
We usually put the kids in the downstairs bedroom and shut the door which allows for us to hang out in the living area when they are sleeping and also make our way to the loft beds without disturbing them.
One thing I wanted to add is that light soaps are allowed in the Jacuzzi. What is not allowed is bath bombs , heavy bath oils, chemicals anything that can damage or clog the jacuzzi jets/motor
and also anything that can be an upset to a septic tank as well. It is perfectly fine to take a bath in the jacuzzi with a normal bar of soap.
All the best

The Chalet was perfect for my family of four. It was clean and everything was stress free. From the booking of the vacation until the checkout. Patrick responds quickly and there is a binder in the Chalet explaining everything you will need to make your vacation easy and enjoyable.
This home was relaxing and comfortable. My sisters and I spent our summers in the white mountains and we had so many laughs and reminiscing about our childhood. Thank you Patrick!! We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and can’t wait to go back.
Love this tub and shower most of all! The kitchen and grill were user friendly and it was a super cozy spot for our weekend visit.
