Welcome to Your Slice of Paradise, Chatauqua Palms A!

This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom, 1400 sq. ft. townhouse is less than a block from the beach—just a short walk from the front door. The downstairs features an open floor plan with a living room, dining room, half bath, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Numerous restaurants are within 850 feet, including Burrito Works Taco Shop, Stir It Up, Beachcomber, The Tides, and Mango Mango.

Enjoy a cozy movie night on the 48-inch Smart TV with Netflix in the living room. Both upstairs TVs come with Roku and several free streaming services. The condo also includes a Blu-ray player, a selection of DVDs, books, and games.

When it’s time to relax, the master bedroom offers a king bed and a large shower in the en suite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms feature a queen bed and two twin beds, with all linens provided. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is located in the upstairs hallway, and an air mattress is also available.

The outdoor patio area is perfect for dining or unwinding. Use the propane grill to cook your fresh catch, enjoy dinner al fresco at the teak picnic table, or gather around the fire pit to make s'mores on cooler nights.

Beach essentials, including towels, a cooler, and a beach wagon, are provided for your day at St. Augustine Beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower afterward. Private parking is available for multiple cars, and an EV charger is also included.

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom

* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

National Geographic rates Saint Augustine as one of the Top Ten places in the World to see Holiday Lights. During the Nights of Lights, the 144-square-block historic district twinkles with two million bulbs (each white, per city ordinance). Mid-November thru the end of January.
Downtown Historic St Augustine is about five miles. There are golf courses and the St Augustine Amphitheater within three miles and St Johns County Ocean Pier and Anastasia Park are about a mile away.

We returned to this location after a previous visit in 2023. It continues to be a great property! Owner is easy to work with and quick to respond with questions (we couldn’t figure out TV remote and got immediate response when inquired. Well maintained nice place, highly recommend!

We loved our stay. The property is clean. It's a block away from the beach. It's surrounded by great places for dinner, coffee, and snacks. Nearby, there are grocery stores. The property is well equipped to make family meals. I would recommend bringing your shampoo, body wash, etc. The ones provided are not enough. Overall, we had a fantastic time. Thank you!

We loved our time at the rental property. We were 1 block from the beach and 2 doors over was the best taco shop! We were a short drive away from Publix, the city center and many other things. Enjoyable vacation

Our family stayed for 6 days and every day was amazing. The historic district is full of restaurants, museums and history. We absolutely loved it and will definitely come back. The convenience to the beach was unbeatable! I quick crossing of the street and you were at the beach, great local restaurant, and walking distance to the pier! You won’t regret it! This was such a perfect space and location for our family of five. Very comfortable and next to a lot of our favorite spots. If it’s your first time we highly recommend Kookaburra coffee, Beachcomber and A1A Burrito works. Very responsive host. Super clean space with all the amenities. Beach townhouse

A friend and I stayed for 5 days...and the space is great when the weather isnt perfect (games...nap...movies...big space)...when the weather is good it's very close to the beach. Lots of great beach restaurants...in fact you really dont have to leave the beach if you don't want too (Publix is a mile or so). The town just has a great vibe...part of that is the people. Looking forward to the next visit...

This unit was updated, spacious and clean. It was in a great location and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and our kids enjoyed having WiFi and Netflix! The only issues were, the trash can outside was already full when we got there so we had nowhere to put ours and we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels very quickly. Also, the back sliding door did not lock which I’m sure will be taken care of. But overall I would give this stay 5 stars! It’s a great price for all that you get! We will definitely be staying here again!

Great Location

The town home was perfect for our family of 5. It was close enough the kids could walk to the beach without us worrying. The location of the home made it easy to get anywhere in St. Augustine within 10 minutes. Be aware that the mattress in the master bedroom is really firm. We ended up sleeping on the inflatable mattress they provide after a couple of days because my wife recently had back surgery. Also, if you are an AT&T customer you will not have any service in the house. Overall, a really great stay in a nice home!
