Our unit provides hassle free beach parking, 100 steps and you are on the beach sand. This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit has a comfy master suite with king size bed and guest room with a queen size bed. Perfect location- nice, roomy condo

We enjoyed the condo- lots of room, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, and the enclosed balcony was wonderful! We enjoyed literally being across the street from the public beach. When the ocean wind kicked up in the afternoon, I found the walled pool to be a nice option. Laundry facilities on each floor was a convenient service. We loved the free trolley, and explored Siesta Key Village more than the last time we were in SK. Traffic gets crazy on Beach Road 4-6pm, so we learned to avoid trying to get to the mainland during those hours. We either went earlier for lunch or ate dinner on the island. Would definitely consider returning to Crescent Royale.

Crescent Royale/Siesta

Great location. Nice condo. We’re not fussy travelers, BUT, for the $ we spent, the carpeting in the Master bedroom was very dirty…kinda gross. Definitely needs either a good deep cleaning or replacement. Everything else was spot on for us.

Siesta Key a beautiful place

Nice location, unit needs updates and beach closet needs to be cleaned out and many items thrown out. I understand to maximize profit on unit but investment is always key for long term success. Master bed is much to hard for my liking. Other than that love the location.

Loved it!

It was our first time visiting Siesta Key and staying at Crescent Royale. The beach was beautiful, the weather was perfect. The views from the lanai were beautiful. The pool area was always clean and plenty of chairs & umbrellas. Everyone on the property was very nice and so helpful. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be returning.

A nice location for beach view

Owners were very accommodating when we needed beach chairs and had some slight issues with the condo. We just felt it was a long walk out to the beach in comparison to other places we’ve stayed. We were disappointed we didn’t have in room washer and dryer and that we had to pay for it. But the beach was certainly beautiful and views were nice.
