Clean, quiet, relaxing

The house was perfect for a mother/daughter get away - clean, cozy, quiet and a pool! We loved the easy morning drive to beaches and late afternoon Casa Clara pool-time & Cape Coral sunsets.

It was a very nice vacation and a good experience with SeaStar. The booking through the website was easy and everything work out great. We would have wanted more information about check out - we did not know, if somebody from SeaStar will show up or not and so we waited quite a while befor we finally had to leave for the airport... We thought it a bit strange, when we receveid an email to make arrangement for check-out, we answered with a suggestion with a date and time and never reveceid an answer or confirmation. And on the day of our check-out nobody showed up at the the time suggested....

A Comfortable Little House

Casa Clara is a small very nice house. Everything is newly re-done post Hurricane Ian in shades of gray and white. New bathrooms, kitchen, tile floors, paint, and furniture. Mattresses were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of cookware, plates, etc. There are two bicycles in the garage if you like to ride. The swimming pool was always around 84 degrees and very comfortable. The house has basic cable with some live TV. We stayed for six weeks. It would have been helpful if a vacuum had been available. I would suggest adding another comfortable chair in the living area. There is one couch facing the TV and some not very comfortable wicker furniture. If you have more than two people watching TV it would help to have a recliner or other soft chair. The neighborhood was quiet and very convenient to all the stores and restaurants on Cape Coral Parkway. We enjoyed our stay.

Pleasant as expected

The property was clean and tidy. Kitchen was well equipped. However for the cost I expected a bit better : The grill needs to be upgraded to propane. Some items need fixing like a back window, the lanai screens and patio chairs need replacing.

Won’t go there again.

Entry way dirty, pool patio so bad we could not use until I cleaned it then manager power washed it but still dirty, screen in lanai torn so it was full of bugs, faucets needed repair very hard to use, master shower dirty. If we had somewhere else to go to we would have.
