Set up above Dunedin with ocean views over Tomahawk beach. Our 3 bedroom home offers comfortable living with an indoor/outdoor flow on both the front and back deck. Less than 10 minute drive to the centre of town, 2 minutes to closest cafe and restaurant and 50m from the bus stop which takes you to the centre of town. For those that enjoy a beach walk, this is a 5min drive.
BBQ available to use and is a great way to enjoy the evening Sun.

Beautiful home in great Dunedin location

Very happy with how our stay went. The owner was extremely friendly and kept good communication throughout the stay whenever we needed. The house is so beautiful. It’s got a beautiful view from master bedroom, kitchen and deck, although we didn’t get a chance to use the outdoors as it was pouring rain the whole weekend haha The house was spotless when we arrived. Neighbourhood was quiet and very easy to drive around. Super quick to get to Dunedin main places such as St Clair beach, city centre and the stadium. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Positioned for all day sun which ensures a nice warm stay. Big enough for a family or few friends coming to Dunedin for an event or weekend away.

What makes this property unique

Relax in a home while visiting Dunedin, with nice views of rural and city outlook. When the sun shines make the most of the deck and a BBQ. Very close to town but further enough away to relax.
