Great Location

We loved being located just a bit off 101 North! We were centrally located between Old Town Scottsdale and the Kierlands/Scottsdale Quarters, which we frequented often. The open grass/parklike setting in the backyard was perfect for our little dog to play in and have some fun.

Great location

We enjoyed the location very much. Access to the pools and pickleball courts was handy. Close to the greenway pathway for cycling. Nice restaurants within walking distance. The unit is small with limited seating in main room but great for two people.

Emerald Oasis is a must stay when in Scottsdale…

My husband, our Bichon dog and I enjoyed our month and a half stay at Emerald Oasis! It has all the comforts of home… very comfortable beds, very clean, very efficient laundry and fully stocked kitchen, games, etc… they thought of everything. All the other amenities of the complex are excellent as well pool, hot tub and outstanding green space to enjoy! You will love the view! Everyone we met at the complex were very friendly. The property managers immediately took care of replacing a coffee maker due to an issue. We were blessed to have the opportunity to stay at this property and look forward to another trip back here!

Good location

Property is in a great location, very convenient to everything. Maintenance was an issue and the condo was filthy when we arrived. The owner offered to send a cleaning crew it's the managers not the owners. I figured it would be the same people so spent several days cleaning. Condo owners are wonderful, there were more supplies than usual and we ended up having a great time.

A wonderful stay in a perfect location!

We had never booked a long term stay and had never before stayed in this area of Scottsdale. We were very pleased with everything! The condo and it's owners were wonderful in every regard. We only needed to bring some food as everything else we needed was already there for us! The location was ideal for everything we wanted to do in the area. From the walking/riding path merely 2 blocks away to the plethora of mouthwatering dining spots (Andreoli and Veneto Trattoria to name only 2) to the easy interstate access this rental unit cannot be beat! We would have rented here again next year (and subsequent years) were it not already taken for the dates we were looking for. Thank you Michelle (and Evolve) for an amazing winter getaway,

Our stay at Village One in Scottsdale

Our stay in Scottsdale at Village one was absolutely marvelous. They have it so well prepared for any kind of activity! All sorts of stuff for the pool,tennis, golf, fishing, camping barbecuing you name it nd multitude board games! Also the kitchen has been stocked with every kind of utensil and cooking apparatus you would want. The condo is laid out perfectly with big beautiful windows so you can see the outside which is a park with the beautiful outside meadow, tennis courts, pools and nature! We had a marvelous time totally recommend this place! Inside and out ...it's beautiful.

Owners deserve 5 stars as they are very responsive to assist and remedy renters with any inquiry.

The condo location is great to connect within blocks to the Moutain View pathway which joins other bike and walking trails through Scottsdale. A variety of grocery, hardware, merchandise stores and restaurants are close by. Owners had recreational sport equipment available for use. Well kept grounds surrounding the unit had easy access to multiple tennis courts and pool area. Kitchen adequately supplied with dishes, cookware, etc. easy to use. Rated our stay 3 stars because: a few points of cleaning had not been completed for our arrival, a noisy renovation of the upstairs unit was happening for a few weeks, and some furnishings should be updated. Overall, it was a nice winter stay at this location.
