65 inch flat screen TV, high speed wireless internet, satellite, blu ray/dvd player, AC in living area, appliances, washer & dryer, and hardwood floors throughout house. Full kitchen with all amenities that you will need. The house has a private dock for boats, water crafts, swimming as well as a fire pit on the water. Canoe and paddle boat on site for renters to use. You will have the best of both worlds!!

The house is 1 mile from downtown Errol for any of your needs. Balsams Wilderness Resort, skiing, snowboarding & golfing (10 miles) Dixville Notch State Park, Androscoggin River, Lake Umbagog, Grafton State Park, Sunday River (30 miles) Bethel, Maine.

Our vacation on Akers pond was awesome! The house and property were beautiful. We kayaked and swam, the water was very clean and refreshing. We loved seeing and hearing the loons and we saw two bald eagles almost everyday. Thank you Rob for sharing your beautiful house and property, we all had a great time!

Snowmobile trip

Great trip with friends and family for a snowmobile weekend. The house was perfect to accommodate us and provided a great view of the lake and easy access to snowmobile trials. Definitely plan on staying here again!

Family Escape

Great trip away with our family-the house had plenty of room to spread out. We loved using the paddleboat, canoe and firepit. Would definitely recommend for a quiet get away.

Great family getaway

The house was perfect and very clean. Parking was a little tight, but we had four trucks and two trailers. Trails could be accessed from the house and there was a lot of snow for riding. Great time with the family!

Perfect Spot!

What a beautiful spot with an amazingly comfortable house! We had the best experience and it was right near downtown Errol which was super convenient. The property was clean and comfortable and we loved our stay there. Cannot wait to book some time during the summer the next time they have openings!

Relaxing Stay

The house was clean and comfortable. The host communicated well and was quick to respond to any questions. The house had everything we needed. The view is serene. Although we didn’t use them, there are plenty of ways available at the house for you to get out onto the water.

Another great year in the books! The weather was beautiful, and we were able to go swimming every day. We love having access to the kayaks and paddle boat and spent time out on the pond daily. The camp has everything we need for a relaxing stay. The washer and dryer are convenient, allowing us to wash towels midway through the week. We also appreciate the selection of games in the closet. A couple of minor notes for future guests: the beds are a bit on the firm side. They weren't terrible, but we did find ourselves wishing we'd brought our mattress topper. The upstairs master bedroom doesn't have curtains, so it gets very bright in the morning. We personally enjoy waking up to the sunshine, but light-sensitive sleepers may want to plan accordingly. We did notice some lingering dog hair in a few areas, particularly under furniture, around the dining chairs, and on the stairs. This has been the case during previous stays as well. We brought a portable vacuum this year, which made cleanup easy, especially with a messy toddler in tow. There is a broom available, but we found the vacuum much more effective for daily tidying. Our only real concern was that the main bathroom had a noticeable urine odor upon arrival that persisted throughout our stay. It could likely benefit from a deep cleaning, as we weren't able to eliminate the smell ourselves. Other than that, the property is wonderful and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway!

Great location

This is a great spot to relax. The pond is clean and quiet. The property is as described and sits near the neighbors but you have a buffer of trees between, unlike most places on the water.

Beautiful

Our stay on Akers Pond was wonderful. The house was clean and had everything you need. Our kids loved swimming and jumping off the dock. The area is beautiful with lots of places to hike or sight seeing. We even saw 5 moose! Would definitely stay here again.

Family Snowmobiling

We stayed at this home for a family snowmobiling trip. It was a great home, well equipped, and access to the trails right on the lake. Beds were very comfy. Would definitely recommend this home. The homeowner also provided quick responses to questions.
