Experience the beauty of the Russian River Valley wine country at Redwood Lane Retreat! Situated high above the Drake Estates neighborhood, offering breathtaking views of Williams Selyem Vineyards and Drake's Apple Orchards, this well-appointed home features rich hardwood floors, an open kitchen and dining area, as well as a stone wood-burning fireplace.

Off the dining and living room area are sliding glass doors leading to a large sunny deck with outdoor dining, gas grill and gorgeous views. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, complete with a wine cooler. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with a walk-in tile shower with double showerheads and a rain showerhead. The home stays warm in the winter with central forced air heating and cool in the summer with air conditioning.

A bottle of complimentary wine is waiting for you! Just sit back and relax with a great glass of wine on the expansive deck overlooking vineyards and apple orchards. Or take a short 2.5 block walk to visit Drake's neighborhood beach on the Russian River.

Redwood Lane Retreat is located approximately 2 miles from downtown Guerneville. It is a 15 minute drive to many Russian River Valley wineries and the Sonoma Coast.

Maximum Occupancy and Quiet Hours: The maximum occupancy at Redwood Lane Retreat is 6. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited at any time.

Parking: There is room in the driveway for up to 2 cars, and street parking is available on a first-come first-served basis. (Garage is used for storage and not available for parking ). RVs, trailers and campers are prohibited, per the Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinance.

Great location, great kitchen

Lovely house in Guerneville, close to one of the best little local neighborhood beach on the Russian River. Super pet friendly too! The kitchen is really well appointed, the views are lovely, and the property manager is really great at communication. We would stay there again for sure. The driveway is a little tricky, which is not unusual in Guerneville. The house is on a fairly steep hill, but that’s part of why the views are so good. Just be prepared, take it slow, and you’ll be fine.

Great location and a comfortable home

Given its closeness to many Sonoma wineries and the town of Guernville, I'd give this home a 4.5 star review. Large master bedroom with two separate rooms downstairs w beds provided plenty of privacy for all guests. The kitchen was very extremely well stocked with all many cabinet condiments and utensils. Grill outdoors was a plus. Having many extra towels and blankets another plus. The view itself was a 4 star only as it wasn't the amazing view we'd hoped for of Vineyards, but not a big deal considering all the perks, benefits and privacy this home provided. We'd visit again.

Very Enjoyable

Had a nice stay in this very clean and well maintained home. Property was nestled in large redwoods, but also had a nice open deck. Being a little off the beaten path made it very quiet and private.

Everything about this house is awesome! It was the perfect size for our family of 6 adults and we really enjoyed hanging out on the large deck. The kitchen is also extremely nice and well stocked. We loved it!

In 1980, D&G founders and owners Michael and Patty saw a need in the area for habitable, affordable housing. At that time, many of the little cabins along the Russian River, originally built as summer cabins, were unsuitable for year-round occupancy. D&G assisted property owners with fixing up and renting their cabins. As the largest property management company in western Sonoma County, D&G Equity Management continues to be a staple in the Russian River community.

Russian River Vacation Homes is an off-shoot of D&G. One fine day in 1985, Michael's client, Bob, asked "Hey Mike, can you rent my cabin out just for the week or weekend instead of by the month?" Michael said "Sure!" and Russian River Vacation Homes was born. As renting vacation rentals became more popular, Russian River Vacation Homes grew into a full-time business with its own office. Today, Russian River Vacation Homes professionally manages over 60 high-quality vacation rentals.
