Blue Paradise 101B 1/1

Cozy one bedroom center unit in my triplex with a full bathroom, kitchen with all but an oven and private washer and dryer in a great location along the St. John's river - Bass capital of Florida. Easy access to private boat ramp, rod men reservoir, ocala national forest, hiking, fishing & hunting. Plenty of parking enjoy this getaway location weather you are attending an event, temp work, visiting family/friends. One pet allowed in home with owner permission and $75 pet fee for the stay. An additional pet may be allowed but must be approved by owner and an additional fee will be charged. Please inquire first.

Easy sr Johns connection

Very nice having access to that boat ramp was very nice. The only thing we had a problem was that the bed was really too soft for us, but besides that it was good.

Second Year as a Snowbird

This was a very nice little town house in a mostly residential area. It was usually very quiet. Nothing about the property detracted from my time there.

There wasn't anything to do close to the property. Seculeded but, very little wild life around.

On photo's of the property displayed what appeared to be a deck close to a body of water for the rental unit but the didn't exist. The unit was in good condition and clean. Everything worked. I was really looking forward to the being on the water and hearing and seeing wild life on the property. There was no wild life and no water.

The first place that we initially rented had false information regarding it. It said there would be a king bed, and there was not; it was a double bed. It said that there was a Lakeview, access to a boat ramp, and was on the St. John’s River and none of these things were true. The double bed that we were sleeping on was broken so the host nicely changed us to a new location. But after we got to the new location, the new location’s water in the bathrooms and the kitchen smelled like chlorine. Upon washing our hands, we could not get the bleach smell off. We were afraid to drink the water due to its contents. The toilets would not flush with a clean water return. We thought if we ran the shower we would get the smell out of the water system, but it inevitably made the whole house smell like bleach. We reached out to the host, but she never returned our text. She did, however, provide us with a refund. Otherwise, the houses were set up very nicely with everything that you would need.

We tried to accommodate you water is well water so we treat it with chlorine tablets nothing made her happy and we just had a typo on listing with king bed and changed it also got new bed two days later but all and all we refunded them and no need to argue just did what a host would do they stayed two nights for free

Perfect getaway off the St. Johns

We loved everything about our stay here! The owners were Communicative and accommodating. They upgraded our home from the 1 bedroom we booked to a 2 bedroom home which was a welcome surprise. It was very clean, the bed was so comfortable, and we had everything we needed in our home away from home. We'll definitely be back!
