From the house and large sundeck, you can relax and take in the picturesque, ever-changing, panoramic views of the Brewster Flats and once you venture out the door, you’ll be on the private beach in just a few steps.
This beach cottage is perfect for family or friends, offering a living room (with a flat screen TV), dining area and kitchen, three bedrooms, a full bathroom and even an outdoor shower to wash off the sand! Enjoy sunny days on the beach by just walking down the stairs from the house, or take a break from the sand on the deck to sip an early coffee with the sunrise or dining al fresco with a sunset view. You’ll experience a unique tideline that reveals hundreds of yards of sandy beach to walk and play upon at low tide, and gentle waves for swimming and kayaking at high tide. Spend your time at the house for beach adventures, and within just a few minutes from the cottage, you can take in all the best of a Cape Cod summer: amazing seafood restaurants, golf courses, bike trails, local shops and galleries, and of course, ice cream!

Incredible location and views!

You can't beat the location and views that this cottage offers. Our favorite place to stay in Brewster. Walkable to JT's, the bookstore and other local shops.

Small sanctuary

This is a fabulous place. Although the bedrooms and bathroom are small, the place is clean and comfortable. The views and location are perfect. It is relaxing just looking out onto the water, watching the tides roll in and out. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is nearby. Bring your bikes!

Not a Salty Moment

Blissful week literally steps down onto the Brewster Flats. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood my family of 4 (including 13 & 17yr olds) enjoyed beach walks, bonfire on the beach,and paddle boarding. House is a quick 10 min bike ride or 5 min drive to JTs, Brewster Bookstoere, Snowy Owl for coffee. House had everything you need for a wonderful week at the beach.

Spectacular Views

We loved the beautiful views of the sea with the magnificent changing tides, the starry skies at night, and the convenience of walking down the stairs to a the private beach. This is definitely a destination location and we spent most of our time enjoying the deck and walks on the beach. The house provided plenty of room for my husband and myself as well as a daughter who came with our two pre-teen granddaughters for an overnight. I would give five stars but I think the bathroom could use an update (particularly the tub) although there was plenty of hot water. We plan to return next year!

Perfect Beach House

I vacationed in this house with my husband and our three children. The house was very clean and the perfect size for our family. I liked that linens and bath towels were provided so we didn’t have to pack these additional items. The beach is even more beautiful in person. We all loved swimming in the bay, hanging out on the beach, and watching the beautiful sunsets every evening from the deck. We encountered no issues during our stay so there was no need to reach out to the property manager. All information we needed was provided to us before hand. We definitely would rent this property again and hope to be back in the future!

Disappointed

The property needs a lot of TLC. There were ants and traps all over. The tub and sink didn't drain and the shower was like standing under a slow faucet. The fishing was good and the view but the home itself needs attention. For the price of one night you would expect much more. We won't be back.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your recent stay at our cottage. Having just visited prior to your arrival, we were surprised to hear your issues as we did not experience them (either before your stay, or in the days after when we were again there). We do wish that we had been alerted to any issues you experienced with the shower or slow drains while you were there as we could have had a plumber onsite swiftly to help or assist you otherwise. We’d also like to address the “ants” and “ants traps” comment: our home is a beach cottage where windows & doors are often open for fresh air and easy in/out access, so we place small ant traps in corners or near windows; especially in warmer weather ants can try to find a way in when there is food, etc. Although previous guests haven’t mentioned that this preventative measure bothered them, we’ll be sure to keep it in mind for the future. As you can imagine, the direct beach access and expansive views are a key draw to our house for our guests year after year (which is priced in line with the market for a beachfront property of this size, style, etc.), and we feel our photos accurately depict it (though we have recently replaced kitchen appliances and kitchen and outdoor tables, and regularly replace linens, kitchen items, etc.).

Amazing stay! Couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations. Everything you need to enjoy your stay was supplied. Beach chairs, toys for kids, grill and grill amenities and cleanliness of linens and cottage was amazing! The private beach was amazing! What a spot! The host was very responsive and very helpful of all concerns. Loved the book of house rules and things to do in the area. Very helpful!

Three times and counting...

This is our third time staying here. Every time has been spectacular. Sunrises AND sunsets! Besides the place and surroundings, the owners were great to work with and it shows that they really care about the quality for quests. Looking forward to next year!

Amazing location!

You cannot beat this location. The views are breathtaking and peaceful. You can see right down to the beach from the living room. A couple things to keep in mind is that there’s no AC. Beach breezes help but keep this in mind if you are accustomed to AC. Also no washer and dryer which is tough at the beach.

Gorgeous setting

We loved our 1-week stay at this cottage. It's right on the beach & the cottage is all windows, with a deck that spans the entire back of the house. The house has everything you could possibly need -- great kitchen, cable TV, linens and towels. Sunsets are beautiful. I highly recommend this property for a beach vacation.
