Large 2 storey house located less than 100 metres from Normanville beach, jetty, foreshore, cafe and surf club.
This 2 storey house offers a great opportunity to effortlessly enjoy Normanville Beach. Bring the whole family as there is plenty of room in this property which comprises 5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms.
This house is appointed with 2 bedrooms downstairs, full kitchen, bathroom, laundry and kids living area. While upstairs you will find the second living, kitchen and dining area along with 3 other bedrooms and another bathroom.
All heating and cooling needs are taken care of with 3 reverse cycle air conditioners downstairs and a ducted reverse cycle system throughout all of upstairs.
A nice family holiday home that you will find yourself coming back to time and time again. Let the kids run around on the lawn, let them play in the sand dunes or have a race to who's first in the water.
While out and about in Normanville try out our great fishing spots, local wineries, excellent scuba and snorkelling spots, local golf, art galleries horse riding, bushwalking and much more.

Strictly no parties or large groups are permitted as this home is surrounded by close permanent residents

Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, or Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential.) Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers: Top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat face washer and T-towel

Great Location and Good Facilities

The house itself was perfect for our group (15 adults), and it didn't feel too small over the course of the weekend. We made the most of the equipment on hand (great modern oven and stove top upstairs!). In addition, the location is fantastic - really close to the jetty and beach, and easy walking distance into the main shopping centres and cafes in town.

family beach holiday

This house provided an excellent location for our annual family holiday. It is home that can accommodate a large group (we had 10 adults and 6 children coming and going). The house is also just a short stroll from a great cafe and a beautiful beach. We had such fun enjoyed by adults and children alike.
