Main bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan and ensuite with a shower and w/c. Glass sliding doors provide direct access to the outdoor seating area and beyond to the pool.

Two Queen bedrooms offer queen beds, ceiling fans and direct outdoor access and share an ensuite with a freestanding bathtub, shower and vanity.

Sure to be one of the kid’s favourite destinations is the massive converted shed which is a gamers paradise. (Please note this area is out of bounds between the hours of 9pm and 8am due to City of Busselton noise regulations).

There’s also a basketball hoop on the driveway and a 220m approx. mountain bike trail weaving throughout the property’s 6 acres.

The expansive outdoor alfresco surrounds the property, with stunning views from all angles. Offers a large outdoor dining setting and gas BBQ, a fantastic firepit (for use outside of fire ban season only), 5 person spa, and multiple other seating areas to take in the views.

Famous Yallingup Beach is a scenic 7-minute drive away for you to enjoy afternoons swimming and snorkelling in the shimmering waters of Yallingup Lagoon.
