Inside the house is comfortably furnished, has a well equipped kitchen and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. WiFi, DVD, digital TV on a huge flatscreen television and surround sound stereo will keep you entertained, while the ducted air conditioning and log fire will ensure your comfort.

The verandah surrounds the front of the house nestled on the hillside with multiple outdoor entertaining areas, complete with large table, BBQ and sun lounges. There also is a complete separate adults quartes with ensuite and kitchenette and entertainment system.

8 people will be very comfortable in Valley Views which features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite with a bath tub overlooking the valley. The second master room is separate from the main house with a queen bed and also has an ensuite.

With everything you need at hand, beautiful views and a private creek, you might find it hard to get out and explore this wonderful region, but don't miss out. You are surrounded by beautiful beaches, award winning wineries and restaurants, gourmet local food producers, boutique breweries and the list goes on.

There is even a table tennis table located in the garage for the kids and big kids at heart.

The backyard is fully fenced and ideal for your little ones and furry-friend to play safely all stay long. If you are bringing a pet, please add the pet fee at the time of booking.

Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting our bookings team at any time by phone, email, in-App messaging, or on our website during the checkout phase of booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

Please note that Telstra and internet reception can be intermittent due to the rural location of this property.
