Jolandi was an outstanding guest. Communication was smooth, and the property was left in excellent condition. Thanks for visiting, and hope to see you again.
We had an amazing stay very relaxing, watching the kangaroo’s feeding was real treat. Only 6 min drive to shop but felt secluded.Had everything required for a 4 night stay just wish we could have stayed longer
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay. Location is perfect. Close to major attractions where we were able to hop into the car and in minutes be at Smiths Beach and Canal Rocks in time for beautiful sunset photos. Also close to Yallingup beach. The house had all the amenities and it was beautiful sitting on the deck watching the world go by at breakfast. What a view to wake up to.
The place was amazing, could not fault a thing. Surprised it’s dog friendly as it’s so nice! But that just makes it so much better. Will definitely be coming again. The only downside is because it’s dog friendly it would be nice if the balcony had a gate to fully enclose, but we managed to stack some chairs there anyway. BBQ also didn’t work which made cooking for a group a bit tricky! Other than that all perfect and I believe furniture has been updated since previous reviews as was all super comfy!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. My mother was turning 70 and she wanted a low key get together for our immediate family to help her celebrate this special occasion. It was absolutely perfect. The views are sensational and the house is well kept. It’s very spacious and we loved watching the local wildlife. We would definitely like to come again at some stage.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful secluded property surrounded by wildlife. Beautiful home with everything you could need.

Looks good but poor quality
Whilst the property looks good, the finishing's in the property are all cheap. The bed frames are worn.
The dining room chairs are extremely uncomfortable to sit on.
The windows were not cleaned which took away alot from the view of the property.
There internet was not working (dongle later provided and then later internet was fixed)
Blinds were broken
Balcony had damage to the wire railings which were later fixed. This was a major safety issue.
The main barbeque was not working.
The lighter provided did not work
The house was not appropriately cleaned, significant dust build up in corners.
There were spider webs in all corners of the ceiling inside which make it unsafe for small children. Both had bite marks which we assume are from spiders.
Fly screens were falling off the rails.
Whilst these may seem like small things, when there are such a significant number of defects it really takes away from the experience and also would not recommend to others as it would reflect poorly on me.
The property could really do with a good clean, fixing of all the issues and replacement of some of the furniture.

We had a really pleasant stay here, surrounded by nature and kangaroos. Would have been nice if linen was included but other than that, no complaints.

Gorgeous property
Mostly a fantastic time. Just some of the things advertised were inaccurate. Didn’t let it ruin our trip but when you have 8 adults in a house a working bbq would be great. This one only had 1 burner out of 4 working and fridge in the alfresco didn’t keep anything cold. Great surroundings/location. Loved getting g up in the morning to all the kangaroos hanging around. Was a very lovely peaceful little getaway.
very goog but sepatation of one of the main bedrooms was not good
