Serene waterfront relaxation.
Wonderful position right on the water. Great verandah to sit on and have relaxing afternoon drinks while enjoying the view. The house was clean and comfortable,a fabulous few days unwinding.

Beautiful location but the house is not clean, towels & bed sheets have to be paid for unless you bring your own. No wifi either. Overall good location but the house needs a massive renovation

Thank you for your feedback. Beached Inn is a spacious beach front house that is a very popular holiday home. The owner takes on all feedback and continually makes improvements to the property.
The location is just stunning - we could not fault it in any way. The house itself though is a bit tired and the pictures appear to be old as the furniture is different and there is no fuseball table. The pool table is also not functional as the cues are old and don't work. All of that is quickly forgotten though by the amazing view and beach at your doorstep. Will go back purely for location alone!

Great place
Great setting right on a shallow kid friendly bay. Tons of room. Two large living areas plus internal and external dining. We had problems with the wire and main doors out onto the deck and it was very difficult to carry stuff in and out as either doors could slam in any minor breeze. And the base of the main door gets caught on the floor.
Definitely needs repairs here preferably to a pressurised closing system on both.
Had a great experience walking about 100 metres back along Foreshore Dr to an area where we saw a koala.
Only minor but a tv arial in the corner just inside the window would be good so we can watch from the dining table - eg cricket etc

Great location and views
Private and quiet location. The views from the house and the deck are beautiful and add to the comfort/feel of the house. Nice walks straight out the back door - no need to get in a car to go anywhere. Abundance of lounges was appreciated - no need for anyone to sit on the floor. Only minor problems - had to replace globes, some chipped crockery and rusted baking trays. Would definitely stay again.

Breathtaking views
We stayed for 3 nights at this property and we loved it. Perfect location and central to everything, the views were amazing and the kids had a ball. Pillows and quilts need to be upgraded and the bathroom and showers needs locks for privacy. Other than that would recommend this place

Its time to relax
This is the third year we have returned to the Beached Inn, you instantly relax when you arrive and my family and friends had a wonderful time. A few minor things need to be updated (microwave, toaster and bin in the kitchen) and fixed around the house, fans and front screen door. Also the split system dripped on one of my guests and the back of the lounge. But in saying that a fantastic location to relax and chill out.

Great place and position
Great family holiday right on the child friendly beach. Large living and dining area in and out). A few little niggles reduces it to 4 stars.
Hot water tap in separate toilet but no hot water. BBQ tray had never been cleaned (now is - including grease cup) ) - BBQ hot plates now a lot better (used dishwasher). No number on front of fence. No instructions for oven etc so had to experiment (including fixing clocks). Dishwasher tablet holder doesn't open properly. Some light bulbs didn't work and spares didn't fit. No internet. No ladder to get frisby off roof. Little snooker table has big cuts in cloth. Long electrical extension cord looks dodgy. Some lamps cut in and out.
All minor - the place was clean and family friendly
All easily fixed items but a bit annoying. We will go back again and with about a $300 a week increase same time next year hopefully these things will be fixed and we wont have to pay for sheets and towels etc.

Very good and clean best holiday ever
We have stayed at this great waterfront location on several occasions just the best spot ever, my dear old mum could get around on her walker with no worries. The waterfront is just great to walk along the fishing was good. Close to everything views exelent ! You won't be disappointed just listen to the water and unwind, Wayne.
