Recently undergoing substantial refurbishments throughout, Fairview now offers all the modern creature comforts in a location second to none. Ample off-street parking, spacious open plan living, north facing sun drenched deck area and private back yard all combine for a perfect holiday location and getaway.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

We spent grand final weekend here and found it to be a great place to stay. Very short walk to shops, restaurants and pub. Plenty of room for our family of 7 with great views from the deck. We would definitely book Fairview again.

Great location and nice views

We had a lovely time at Lorne, this house was very central and convienent being in walking distance to the street. Only four stars as when we arrived there was no hot water, fixed promptly by a local tradie but perhaps it should of been check before our arrival.

Fantastic view

It is the fantastic view over the bay that immediately attracts one's attention upon entering. The remainder of the house is very modern and well designed. It is ideal for a small group or large family.
