Lorne Penthouse ... offers you a unique opportunity to relax in a stylish & contemporary 3 bdrm, 2 bathroom Penthouse with over 220m2 of space. We comfortably accommodate a maximum of six people.
Large and extensive balconies provide you with the perfect setting to take in breathtaking views of Loutit Bay, the Great Ocean Road, and the coastline.
This apartment is only a 10-minute stroll along the tree-lined Mountjoy Parade (Great Ocean Road) or along the beach foreshore to the centre of Lorne. You can choose to relax on the balcony, go for a bushwalk, fish off the pier, go for a swim, surf, paddle or sunbathe on the beach, or grab a coffee and a meal in Lorne. It is all within minutes from Lorne Penthouse.

PLEASE NOTE: we have increased our cleaning protocol to allow time for full cleaning with hospital grade disinfectant of high touch surfaces, the airing of property between guest stays as well. Accommodating a maximum of 6 persons. No rollaway or fold-out beds are at the property.
Bed linen and bath towels for 6 people are provided. Please bring your own beach towels and toiletries.
The kitchen is full equipped with a microwave, oven, fridge, coffee machine, cooking utensils, and basic provisions. Bring your own food and drink.
The lounge has a TV, DVD, iPod docking station, and Xbox 360 with games to enjoy. There is also another TV in the main bedroom.
The property has a reverse cycle air conditioner in the main living space and one in the main bedroom.
Note that the two car parking spaces are in the basement car park with one flight of stairs to access ground level.
Lorne Penthouse is located on the third floor of the Pacific Apartments complex with three flights of stairs. The Pacific Apartments complex does NOT have a lift/elevator.

Our family had a lovely stay at Lorne Penthouse. The views were fantastic and the apartment most comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the location, which was only a short walk from the town centre. We look forward to returning.
This place has everything, amazing views, spacious living, comfortable beds and all the extras you need for a great holiday. The owners are generous with coffee pods and cooking essentials. Only downside is no Internet, but maybe that is a good thing😊

Very comfortable with stunning panoramic views.
Apartment spacious and well setup - even providing coffee machine with pods.
Only downside was having to climb 3 flights of stairs on a weekend when we had more than the usual luggage. Good undercover parking for the hot weather we experienced. Thank you for a great stay.

Yes, there are three flights of stairs to get to the top floor - sadly elevators are not common in Lorne. We do look at these as that extra exercise that we fit in (not always by choice) :-)

This is a great three bedroom apartment - spacious and comfortable. It was well equipped too, eg bbq on the balcony.
We enjoyed the marvellous view with its ever changing sky.
The stairs were a bit of a challenge but we got used to them.

A great house in a great location. Terrific views. Easy walk into town and next to the pier. Great floor plan giving separation between bedrooms. Very well appointed with a surprisingly good range of kitchen staples in the cupboards. Loved the coffee machine and bbq and board games. Plenty of space to relax.

Our stay during the P2P week was amazing. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the number of accessories available to us was exceptional. Everything you could possibly want from cooking utensils through to condiments and cleaning products. It was a home away from home. Add to this magnificent views and a great friendly host who communicated quickly whenever we had a question. You could not wish for more.

Amazing ocean views
We enjoyed our stay at Hilltop Serenity in Lorne. Great ocean views, clean facilities. Kids loved the spa. Plenty of room to relax for family of five. To improve customer satisfaction, it would have been great if tea/coffee/sugar & long life milk were provided for guest arrival. Also suggest either installing blind at ensuite window or changing to frosted glass to improve privacy. Overall; wonderful place to relax and enjoy the surrounding bushland and ocean.

We do have a frosted glass window in the ensuite and no spa bath (although it is a huge bath) - I'm wondering if there is some confusion about our property which is called Lorne Penthouse not Hilltop Serenity. Appreciate the feedback - there are spare batteries in the kitchen, so will ask the cleaners to replace those, as well as take a look at the bbq. We were not aware the rangehood fan needed attention, so thanks for letting us know. We'll attend to that promptly.
35 Lorne Penthouse apartment is situated in a great spot in Lorne, directly opposite the pier. The apartment itself was very clean and the little extras such as coffee machine and coffee pods, throws on the lounge, boardgames, xbox and games, made the stay enjoyable. The views were amazing!

Our apartment was spacious and the balcony was lovely. Lorne itself is a great spot to stay. We ate out every day and night and visited all the sites and did lots of walking. It was the ultimate rest.

Views sold it, but accomodation not worth the cost
Apartments are very tired looking and lack what you might expect for cost (shower over bath for example).
Owners try to provide guests with all they may need
Owners were very responsive to issue raised
View was terrific
A lovely, spacious, clean apartment for three adults to have a holiday. A relaxing location with views from each room. No awful hills to climb to reach the unit from town (very rare in Lorne).
