The Lounge area has split system heating and cooling, making it a comfortable space for all seasons! The Kitchen has all the mod cons with gas cooking a dishwasher, and a breakfast bench. The large dining table accommodates 8.

Downstairs is the master bedroom with Queen Bed and ensuite that provides a shower and hip bath, vanity and toilet. The family bathroom also located downstairs has been renovated and is light and bright with a shower, vanity and toilet. The large laundry area with washing machine and dryer, provides access to the enclosed backyard and also has a shower, perfect for the after beach wash up. The backyard is private with a well-established garden, safe and secluded for the kids and the family pet!

The remaining 3 bedrooms are located upstairs. The Queen bedroom offers space and tranquility with access to an outside balcony, where you can enjoy some quiet time in the sun. This room is serviced by an ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. There is a double room and an attic style room with 2 x single beds, a fun room for the kids!
