Located in the private gated Timberline community between the Dolly Sods wilderness area and the Timberline Mountain Ski Resort is our “Greyt Escape”  Our home is a perfect retreat for families looking to gather for a memorable mountain getaway.  This spacious five-bedroom, two-bath home is thoughtfully designed for families looking to relax and enjoy everything the area has to offer. 



  



The main living area features a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area and a spacious family room centered around a cozy wood-burning stove.  A dramatic wall of windows fills the space with natural light showcasing breathtaking views of Timberline Mountain Ski Resort. Also on this main level includes two queen size bedrooms, a bunkroom and a full bathroom. From the family room you can step outside onto the spacious deck, where you can soak in the hot tub and enjoy the views. It's the perfect place to unwind after a day of hiking, skiing, mountain biking or exploring the area’s natural beauty.



  



Located on the lower level is a cozy den with another wood-burning stove, a full bathroom, two spacious king size bedrooms and laundry room.

A private, gated community located in beautiful Canaan Valley. You have access to both Spruce Island Lake and Sand Run Lake in Timberline to canoe and fish at (swimming prohibited by the HOA) and access to the Dolly Sods Wilderness Area.







You will be staying in a private, gated community. Please have a list of everyone that will be staying in the house (first & last names) and vehicle information. A guard house form will be given to you at check-in for you to put the information on that you will give to the guards.
