About this property

Secluded and serene, this two bedroom home achieves an enchanting blend of rustic seaside architecture and modern class, with timber lined ceilings, gas log fireplace, reverse cycle air conditioning and an entertaining deck to catch the amazing views! The stainless steel kitchen has all you need including a dishwasher and coffee capsule machine and there is a Weber Q BBQ on the main deck.

The house has two bedrooms with QS beds - the master has an ensuite with spa and the second bedroom has its own private deck and a separate bathroom.
The light-filled open-plan living and dining area has a large flat screen TV, DVD, PVR and quality sound system. There is a laundry with washing machine off the living area.

Features include exposed Oregon cathedral ceilings, timber flooring, split system heating and cooling and gas log fire. Landscaped native gardens surround the house and there are 2 parking spaces under the house.

The house is a perfect year round getaway for one or two couples or a family with a maximum of 4 guests.
Popular local attractions include the Peninsula Hot Springs and Day Spa, several world-class golf courses, Red Hill and Peninsula wineries and bay and ocean beaches.

Peaceful beach hideaway

Compact, casual NZ style bach. Would suit 2 couples or small family, (sleeps 4 in bedrooms with fold out couches sleeping more for overnight stays. Suited us - couple with 1 child well. Lovely deck for watching kangaroos and wildlife on the golf course. The property has no internet connection. The oven, fridge and dishwasher appear new and the bathrooms have been recently remodelled. Very comfortable.
