Please note: a $500 bond applies to all bookings.

* Open plan living with flat screen TV, dining, kitchen area with glimpses of the sea
* 2 bedrooms - master with a queen size bed and flat screen TV, second bedroom queen bed and sofa bed in the small living area off the main bedroom
* Bathroom with a shower, vanity and w/c
* Laundry with top load washing machine and dryer
* Front balcony with outdoor furniture and glimpses of the sea
* Gas BBQ
* Single carport plus off street parking
* WIFI not provided

This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.
If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. Please note we do not offer a bed making service.

Perfect setting

Really lovely place to stay with amazing views of The Bluff and Bay. Clean and tidy with everything you need for a beach holiday, coffee machine, BBQ and balcony. If I had to pick one thing that would make it even better, the shower needs some attention, especially to get all the sand off the children. Other than that, looking forward to another stay.

Great clean, comfy & pretty place to stay. Quiet location & homely feel. Amazing view. We loved it and will go back again. I left my Jamie Oliver carving knife there but I'll get to use it again haha. Driveway steep and bush needs a trim but other than that all good.

Great for a young family

A fantastic base for a young family with a 2 and 4 year old. The section off the main bedroom acted as a perfect third bedroom to put the cot in. The doors allowed it to be closed off and all bedrooms were dark enough for the kids to sleep during daylight savings times. The deck/balcony was enclosed which meant the kids could play on it without worry of them falling off! If you had a week of very hot days, you might struggle as there is only one air conditioner in the lounge and no ceiling fans in bedrooms. There are two portable fans which would be useful though. Lots of room in the lounge and living areas. Fairly basic features but we would stay again if we had a young family. We had a great week.
