Situated just 300m from Iconic South Beach Mt Martha, this 2 story house is perfect for a family holiday. Park the car inside the secure gates and you won't need the car again for the beach, grocery shopping, cafes, restaurants and other delights Mt Martha Village offers.

The house has just been renovated (OCT 2021) - freshly painted, new kitchen, new Smart tvs, new floors upstairs.
New front door and kitchen door to balcony. New Powder room upstairs. New blinds throughout.

The house has 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 9 people. There are 3 Smart Tvs, - the living room has a Smart TV allowing you to watch Netflix or Foxtel etc, Couches, chairs, large air conditioning unit and Pool Table.

Kitchen is now brand new! Dining and Living open onto upstairs decks with outdoor table, BBQ, lounge and chairs. There are bay views from these balconies.

The house comes with unlimited Wifi, all outdoor areas are secure, and there is an outdoor shower for after the beach.

The house is pet friendly - Owner permission is required before bringing any pets

Perfect location

The house had recently been upgraded and it was stunning, with gorgeous rooms, modern kitchen with great appliances, large family room, balconies with views and a lovely garden. The pool table was a particular hit, while the very short walk to shops and beach makes the location absolutely ideal. Superb in summer (when we were there), but it would also be brilliant for cooler months. Very highly recommended and we would love to come back.

Great Spot Massive house plenty of space

My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the property, it could’ve been a lot cleaner for the money we paid but apart from that the house was huge accommodated 11 of us without a problem great location thankyou

Fabulous location

If you want a house that's close to the beach and the shops, them this house is very well located. Lots of room inside and out, comfortable with a good air conditioner in the main living area, this house is an easy place to rest and relax over summer.
