The house is architecturally lovely, and is built with stone, wood and natural plant accents. This private fully-furnished two-story home has lush manicured grounds, 4 luxurious bedrooms (one room setup as a TV room can be adapted into bedroom) and a beautiful swimming pool, a home bar, a jacuzzi in the master bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and includes all the necessary amenities.
Archaeological ruins are just a short walk away. The house is located less than a 2-minute walk from the beach and just one block from Fifth Avenue and the Ferry to Cozumel Island.
