Guest Access:

La Copa Vacations ensures secure access to all Tiki Condominiums via digital keypads. Once you have provided all necessary documents and made full payment, you will get an email with complete instructions and a unique access code, expiring at 11am on your checkout day.



The Neighborhood:

Located right next to Bar Louie and Beach Bar at Courtyard by Marriott, The Tiki Condominiums isa beachfront complex, offering easy access to popular spots like Barry’s Bistro and Barry’s Beach Bar. A short stroll brings you to On the Border Tex-Mex Cantina & Bar, Clayton’s Beach Bar, Sea Turtle Inc., and the South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center. Plus, you're near prime boat docks, the Convention Center, and top kite-boarding spots like 'the flats' among other island attractions.



Getting Around:

Effortlessly discover South Padre Island using the complimentary South Padre Island Metro, granting easy access to various parts of the island. You can also utilize the 'Park and Ride' facility situated in the southern part of town. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of $50 plus taxes per pet.
