Sun Ray 2A is a great, 2nd floor floor 1BD/1BA condo centrally located on the gulf side of the island and close to everything. This recently remodeled condo on the second floor of the Sun Ray 6-plex, has a Master Bedroom with a Queen size bed, one bunk bed in the extra wide hallway and a Full size sleeper sofa in the living room, which can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. The condo has A/C, two TVs, fast internet with WiFi, and a kitchen equipped with Stainless Steel appliances, granite counters and cooking needs such as dishes, utensils, microwave, coffeemaker, blender and toaster. The dining area sits 6 and for your convenience it has a washer/dryer combo in the unit. The location of the building is very convenient by having lots of amenities within walking distance.
This condo is ideal for families and families with children, romantic weekends, BFF girls vacations, fishing trips, business trips, winter Texans and Spring Breakers (Notes: Responsible person must be 25 years old or older and a staying guest during the rental period. For Spring Break and Easter week rentals there are additional requirements which includes additional refundable deposits – Minimum age requirement is 21 to rent during these two seasons – 2 pets max allowed through a pet fee).
There is one parking spot per unit (PARKING PERMIT MAY BE REQUIRED). NO POOL, but a very SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH.
Please note there is a hotel with a bar on the other side of the back fence, and may play loud music.

Awesome dog friendly place, super close to the water!
We had an incredible stay here over Memorial Day weekend! Great location on the island, it’s truly only a few minute walk away from the beach! We brought 2 golden retrievers and the space for 5 adults and the two of them (and their XL crates) was perfect! Having the washer and dryer was amazing. The AC keeps the place super cold as well! The band that plays music pretty late is definitely noisy, so just be aware of that as it’s listed in the listing. The only other thing is that the pull out bed creaks a lot/is loud, but other than that our stay was great! They even blessed us with a late check-out, which we were so thankful for :) We will definitely be coming back!!
We needed a place to get away from the cedar pollen and we have dogs! This place was perfect! It felt like home! The location was great! Just a short walk to the beach! Lots of places within walking distance! We loved all of the amenities! Roberto was a great host and always available to answer any of our questions! We would definitely stay here again! The only downfall for us is it was on the second floor and I have heart problems! Our dogs do not know how to go up stairs so we had to carry them. Hopefully next year we can get a downstairs unit!
The location we selected was perfect for us. The site was clean and offered all the amenities we wanted. I’m addition, the place was quiet and a block away from the beach. As a result, we enjoyed our stay without any problems.

This property was clean as as pictured in the listing. Short walk to the beach. I had trouble with my door opening one evening and I called the property manager at 10 pm and he answered right away and helped me get the door open. Definitely will stay again.

It's walking distance to the beach, which my wife and I enjoy it very much. It is also very close to some good restaurants such as The Palms, PadreRita Grill and Black Beards and to the local supermarket, the Blue Marlin
