Hi Joyce, I was very sorry to hear that you and your guests were disappointed with our house. I think that the pictures on our listing accurately represent the house; the newly renovated kitchen and the ceiling height; it’s an older house but the ceilings are typical 7.5 feet. I thank you for the feedback on the frying pan and have already replaced it. As for the beds, they are brand new but, unfortunately, people’s requirements are different and it’s impossible to please everyone. I am so glad that you enjoyed the pool and the outdoor area, definitely what sets us apart from most. So, I thank you for stating the good and the bad. luckily we were able to accommodate your 5 hour early check in, usually we would not have been able to make that work. I hope that you were not caught off guard by the additional fee, however, I am sure that you understand that you had an additional use of the house. I appreciate your feedback and your honestly, as well as your adherence to the early arrival charge. I know that you did not have to do that. AMI has many wonderful restaurants, I wish you had reached out, I would have been happy to give you a list of our favorites. As to the traffic, no way to sugar coat it, just one of the pitfalls of being in a highly desirable destination. Again, I thank you for taking the time to give me your feedback; I always appreciate our guests’ feedback. Best wishes!
