Cottage "Casa Capannina" - approx. 90 sqm on 2 floors - (4pers.) - 2 bedrooms (1 x 2 single beds, 1 double bed) each bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower enclosure/wc, bidet), fully equipped kitchen (4 burner gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster), airy sitting/dining room with open fireplace and direct access to terrace. Separate utility room with washer.
Mosquito screens on both bedrooms.
Large house front terrace with gazebo for alfresco dining, well-equipped with garden furniture, sun beds as well as a barbeque grill. Private road and parking, magnificent views onto the surrounding hills, forests and meadows. Very private and secluded.
