If I could give zero stars, I would.

I was contacted at noon on the day I was supposed to arrive and was told the vrbo had been double booked. I was offered a refund. I needed to be in Providence for parents weekend and expresses that. The owner told me not to worry, he would find me another please to stay. I called at 4:00 before leaving and was told he had booked me a room at the Econo Lodge. When I expressed that I wasn’t staying at the Econo Lodge and would rather have a refund, he gave me a difficult time about whether or not HE would get his money back front the hotel. We ended up going to Providence a day late and stayed at a Marriott Courtyard for less than what i would have paid for the VRBO. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card as a refund has not yet been issued.

Wish this was my house!

This place is so stinking cute and cozy. There was Wi-Fi and a Roku which really helped us settle in. There is a lovely entrance with lots of helpful suggestions for places to eat and things to do. I’d definitely stay here again for sure! Loved it, thank you.

Quiet neighborhood location! Owner was very attentive and responded to communications promptly. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of space for our needs.
