Lovely Viennese apartment (2-4 P), family friendly, ++infrastructure&city centre

YOU WILL FEEL AT HOME FROM THE VERY FIRST MOMENT! It suits a romantic time for two, but also for families with kids and even for an exciting weekend with friends (max. 4 people).
It is 63 m2 (678 ft²) has just been finished renovation (2011) and the high ceilings give it a real Viennese touch.

The quiet and big BEDROOM is furnished with a comfortable double bed and has additionally another double bed on top (you have to climb a ladder – this is fun for kids). Crib available.

The LIVING ROOM has a big, comfortable sofa (which can be also turned into a double bed), TV, Stereo (incl. I-Pod plug-in), a modern dining table for 4 and a rocking chair for relaxation.

The KITCHEN is brand-new and includes all features you might need (fridge, dishwasher, stove, water cooker, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, etc.).

Also the small BATHROOM is newly renovated with a spacious shower. Towels and hairdryer are available. A washing machine is for your disposal. The TOILET is separate.

Nice apartment in convenient location

This was a wonderful apartment to stay in, and if I return to Vienna I would love to stay here again. The host was easy to reach on WhatsApp with questions. The apartment was clean when we arrived and had all the dishes, cutlery, and cookware we needed for a two week visit. The only small drawback was the shower, which is small and suffered from poor placement of the lever controlling the water. This made it easy to accidentally bump and change water pressure and temperature. Even so, the shower was pleasant and effective. The great advantage of this apartment are the many connections to the excellent Wiener Linien public transit system. We could get to the inner city or the Vienna woods in less than 30 minutes. The U6 is right next door and multiple streetcar and bus lines are within one block. The apartment sits in a working class neighborhood with many convenient shops including a large Billa Plus right next to the U6 station. An outdoor market can be found within a couple blocks near the Brigitte church. The loft bed arrangement is great for kids, but a bit awkward for adults. Some agility is required if you are sleeping in the upper loft, which does have its own electrical outlet and room for two adults. All in all loved the place!

Geräumige und sehr gut ausgestatttete Wohnung mit allem Drum und Dran.Die U-Bahn liegt gleich um die Ecke und die Stadtmitte ist schnell zu erreichen.Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die nebenan wohnt.

Komfortabel und zentral

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal in dieser geräumigen, gut ausgestatteten und zentral gelegenen Wohnung. Diesmal waren wir zu dritt, der Platz würde aber auch problemlos für vier Erwachsene reichen. Mit der nahe gelegenen U-Bahn kommt man schnell zu allen interessanten Orten und auch der Blick auf das außergewöhnlich gestaltete Kraftwerk um die Ecke ist famos. Wir haben den Aufenthalt wieder sehr genossen.

Gute Entscheidung

Der Kontakt und der Empfang war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war sauber und praktisch eingerichtet und sehr ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Nahverkehr in der Nähe gut zu erreichen. Man war schnell im Zentrum von Wien. Wir durften die Terasse der Nebenwohnung nutzen, dafür vielen Dank!

Die perfekte Wohnung für eine Wienwoche

Eine tolle Wohnung in perfekter Lage für Wien über das Standardprogramm hinaus. Ideal für Familien. Vom sehr freundlichen Check-Inn über Gastro Tipps etc. fühlten wir uns sehr wohl und im Bedarfsfall nett betreut. Nach Tagen mit Kulturprogramm oder Wandern auf den Stadtwanderwegen ( Tipp!) relaxen auf viel Raum...Wenn Wien, dann gerne wieder hier!

Wunderschönes Wien

Die Ferienwohnung liegt verkehrstechnisch genial. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und perfekt ausgestattet. In der Küche gab es einen sehr guten Grundvorrat an Lebensmitteln. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Diese Unterkunft kann ich nur empfehlen.

Sehr nette Vermieterin

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön da die Wohnung sehr sauber war. Größe der Wohnung war ausreichend für 2 Erwachsene und 3 kleinen Kinder. Das einzige das nicht passte waren die Matratzen im oberen Bereich des Hochbettes. Die waren zu weich. Die sollte man austauschen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, gut bestückte Küche. Sehr gute Lage zum ÖPNV. Bei Anreise mit PrivatPKW unbedingt Parkhaus nutzen, da in gesamt Wien eine Parkraumbewirtschaftung betrieben wird. (Strafzettel 36€/Tag) Dennoch eine sehr schöne historische Stadt mit Erholungspotential. (viele Parkanlagen und von Wäldern umgeben)

Toller Aufenthalt in Wien

Wir hatten 5 wunderschöne Tage in Wien und haben viel gesehen. In der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die ruhige und gleichzeitig nahe Lage zur U-Bahn ist klasse. Auch die Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Sollten wir nochmal nach Wien reisen, werden wir uns sicher hier wieder einmieten.

Idéal pied à terre pour visiter Vienne

Appartement très calme et très confortable, à proximité des transports ( Metro U6 à 50 mètres et Tram 31 à 200 mètres), idéal pour rejoindre le centre de Vienne. Supermarché Billa à 200 mètres avec tout ce qu’il faut pour un bon séjour. Et pour finir, n’oublions pas l’excellent accueil de Suzanne, très gentille, attentionnée et à l’écoute. N’hésitez pas à y séjourner.

Perfekt für Familien in Wien

Wir waren eine Woche mit unseren Kindern - 6 und 8 Jahre - zu Besuch in Wien und sehr begeistert von der Ferienwohnung: tolle Lage direkt neben der U-Bahn-Station Jägerstraße und trotzdem sehr leise, Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke, die Wohnung ist so groß, dass es auch jetzt im Winter, wenn man doch etwas mehr Zeit dort verbringt, sehr angenehm war und die Kinder haben das Hochbett geliebt! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Wohnung. Sauber aufgeräumt und strukturiert! Viele Informationen über Wien liegen in der Wohnung bereit, das WLAN ist schnell und stabil. Die Schlafmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut und weder durchgelegen noch sonst wie unbequem! Perfekt also! Waschmaschine, Trockner, spülmaschine sind wie neu. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar per Handy. Ein wirklich sehr sehr netter Kontakt! Die Anbindung an die U und S Bahn sowie den Bus ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir werden mit unseren Kindern sicher wieder in diese Wohnung kommen! Toll, wir waren sehr begeistert.
