This coastal haven features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering a perfect retreat for your beach getaway. Unwind in the regal comfort of a king-size bed in the master bedroom, while the guest bedroom welcomes you with two cozy twin beds. Bask in the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean right from your living room, and let the soothing sound of the waves serenade you into relaxation. With modern amenities and the beach just steps away from your door this condo is the ideal sanctuary for a delightful and memorable beachside retreat.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited and guests are assigned only one parking space per condo. There are no guest parking spots at the Oceans of Amelia. An additional parking pass will be provided for guests bringing a second vehicle for the overflow parking. However, it is important to note that the overflow parking is 2 miles south of the Oceans of Amelia complex and is at a first come, first serve basis only.

We rented this property as a beach home base to enjoy on our trip to see a bowl game in Jacksonville. It was just what we hoped for. Beautiful views of the beach, lots of beach to walk on, tons of shells and more. An assortment of restaurants to try. We also rented bikes to explore the greenway. We would definitely come again.

We have been at Amelia frequently and Oceans of Amelia is one of our favorite places to stay based on location, amenities, proximity and beach access. Also like having the pool.

Great location

This is a great place for families that like a quiet, uncrowded location and easy access to the beach. We really enjoyed the pool. The condo was very clean and spacious for a family of 4. The kitchen is equipped with pots/pans and utensils for cooking, but no spices or oil. Only a few minutes drive from downtown and it was easy to get around.

Great getaway

My husband and I had an amazing trip. The condo was beautiful, clean, quiet, and an excellent location. The beach was right out the door. Beautiful sunsrises from the balcony every morning. We could not have been happier with our experience. Can’t wait to come back.

Nice Place in the Beach

Perfect place for a family of 4. While the kids didn't get their own rooms, it was nice that they each had their own bed. Right on the beach that was really pretty quiet and not crowded at all. The pool was nice too for when we tired of playing in the ocean. I wished I'd known about this beach when my kids were younger bc it was perfect for younger kids, lots of sand bars at low tide that left some areas not as wavey and tons of shells to look at.

Beautiful Condo!

This is a gorgeous condo right on the ocean. The views are amazing! The condo was very comfortable with two small exceptions: the recliner in the living room is in tough shape (leans forward) and there was a plastic mattress cover on the king bed that made lots of noise every time we moved. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Place BUT..............

Super nice condo! Well kept, clean and spacious! Conveniently located and overall nice area. While we enjoyed the condo and our week long stay on Amelia Island, the owner(s) of this condo should have not rented it due to the construction! Yes, we were advised that construction would be taking place during our stay but nothing prepared us for the almost non-stop grinding and jack hammering for four days from 8:30am until 4:00pm. Whether you were inside or outside, the noise was unbearable!!! We sent a 30 second video for an example. It was totally ridiculous and we probably shouldn't have even been there!! Waste of our hard earned money!!

beautiful condo - exactly as pictured. Ventured here for the 1st time in many, many years for the shrimp festival. Perfect location - beach front and not too far, but far enough from downtown (and all the craziness). Office staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Would definitely return at any time of the year

We enjoyed our time at this condo, the location is great, close to downtown and of course right on the beach. No beach towels or chairs was the only negative but that was made clear before we arrived so we were prepared. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

This condo, the location, and the entire booking process was so wonderful. We really enjoyed our 'girls getaway' in relaxing Amelia Island. From the breathtaking views of the beach within the condo (to include a sea turtle laying eggs right in front of our balcony), to the very convenient location to everything we wanted to do, we are definitely coming back again!!
