The Beach House Gerroa is one of the South Coast's premier luxury beachfront residences. This newly renovated exceptional hamptons style house occupies a stunning location right on the beach front at Gerroa. 3 queen bedrooms all with ensuites and amazing views and a fantastic 4 person bunk room for the kids.
We come with bikes, surfboards and SUP's for guest use.

Imagine lounging in the hot spa watching the winter waves down the beach or getting cozy by one of the two fireplaces while you watch the moon settle on the water at night! It doesnt get much better than this.

With multiple lounge rooms, living areas, fireplaces a huge balcony with inbuilt BBQ, lounge and dining for 10 plus another balcony with a hot tub overlooking the ocean there is plenty of space for everyone.

We had a 4 night winter getaway at this stunning property. The hot tub was a great place to relax in warmth with a perfect view of the ocean. We enjoyed cozy fireside evenings and the amount of entertaining space was perfect for our group of adults and children. And the children loved, loved, loved the bunk room!!

Fabulous beachside house at Gerroa

Our family of 7 adults and 2 infants spent 4 nights at this fabulous house, located within a few minutes walk of the beach at Gerroa. The views from virtually all parts of the property were amazing, and the house provided every conceivable comfort and amenity, and was extremely spacious. Our hosts provided a welcome hamper, which was a very nice surprise, and were responsive and attentive. We loved our stay!

Our family had three lovely days in this property. The house is very spacious and bedrooms all have bathrooms attached which is very important. Mostly everything is of the highest standard. Owners were very, very responsive to any query. Gerroa is a lovely spot to holiday with Berry and Gerringong so close. Would recommend.

Sensational Beach House

This house is right on Gerroa Beach, could not be closer. The house is enormous which enables a large group of adults and older teenagers to spread out and do their own thing, while allowing everyone to come together for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is a high quality property with excellent quality fittings and amenities. We highly recommend.

Best house in Gerroa, no doubt

Had the best weekend. The location is amazing and the house is exceptional as well. It has everything you may need, it is furnished with taste and it is super comfortable. There are not too many houses in Gerroa which are literally on the beach, this is one of them and I dare say the closest to it. Incredible views from every room, 2 fireplaces etc etc ….just brilliant.

Beyond impressed!

This house has everything you need including the things you didn’t anticipate needing. It rained all weekend but we didn’t even care, the house is that comfortable with views for days! Sad we had to leave but will definitely be back.

We are a family with 4 kids who have lived all around the world and love staying in luxury villas. We semi retired last year and have been offering our home in Berry (Berry Beach Farm) for luxury stays for the last 4 years and have been in the area for the last 11 years. We live in Bondi during the week but are generally on the South Coast most weekends.

Why they chose this property

We discovered and bought this property in February 2018 as pretty much the premier location right on the beach front at Gerroa with no roads to cross and views from every room. We then set about a 15 month detailed renovation - stripping every wall, roof, redoing the electrics and plumbing and then recreating this amazing hamptons style masterpiece. Our dream was to create the ultimate beach house here it is!

What makes this property unique

Literally right on the beachfront but with views from every room in the house. You cant get much closer than this with these views. But with a hot tub and fireplaces, its just as cosy in the winter as it is outstanding in the summer.
