This four bedroom duplex is directly across the road from patrolled Fingal Bay Beach offering sweeping views of the crystal clear waterways.

The holiday home features ducted air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen which overlooks the lounge, dining, balcony and beautiful view! Foxtel is available and the entertainment & sports package is included. The balcony is perfect for entertaining while enjoying a BBQ with your family and friends.

Upstairs you will find the main bedroom with a king size bed complete with an ensuite and spa bath. The other bedrooms are located downstairs.

Bedroom two has a queen bed and BIR.

Bedroom three has a queen bed, BIR and access to the rear courtyard.

Bedroom four has two single beds and BIR.

The main bathroom downstairs offers a corner bath and separate shower, the laundry also has a shower and toilet for your use.

The laundry includes a washing machine and dryer and on the side of the property there is a hot and cold outdoor shower for rinsing off after being at the beach.

The property has all the special things you would expect of a beautiful beach house! It is perfect for a large family or group of friends who wish to get away and relax enjoying all that Fingal Bay has to offer!

You can view the whales migrating from the balcony (bring your binoculars) or it's a short walk up to Barry's reserve for a closer encounter.

There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

Perfect location for a family holiday

This property was great for our family holiday with grandparents, parents and young children. Fingal beach has almost no waves so is fun & safe for young children. The views are gorgeous and the balcony with BBQ was well used. 3 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs and a master bedroom with ensuite upstairs worked well for our group. There are a few local shops nearby which was handy. We were disappointed there was no coffee machine or pantry supplies so bring your own but apart from that we were very happy with the property.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We go to Fingal Bay regularly and love the rentals along Marine Drive for the perfect view and relaxed feeling you get there. We hadn't rented this particular duplex before but found the accommodation comfortable, spacious and well laid out. The extra shower & toilet in the laundry is welcome for a large group. Our only real concern was the cleanliness of the property when we arrived. We had to sweep the balcony of sand and dirt, give the BBQ grills a thorough cleaning and struggled to get it lit as there was so much grease build up (a small Weber Q not the big one in the photos). Inside there was sand on and under the plastic cover on the coffee table. Plus small ants everywhere.The property is lovely but needs a thorough spring clean. Thank you to the Winning maintenance man who came promptly to empty our garbage bin when we notified the office that it was full to the brim upon our arrival out as the previous renters had not put it out the night before for emptying.

Reviewer Comments: House in great spot, amazing views.Easy beach access, coastal bush walks Good to have outdoor shower. House roomy, needed spring clean, tried to focus on the view. Wondered if spa had been cleaned after last family...health and safety.Some pillows were yellow and wondered what Covid safe cleaning with blankets, doonas etc was in place as it looked like there was no fresh cleaning with these.We couldn’t leave any food out as ants got into everything, even though we had it all covered. We felt it wasn’t Covid safe as table on verandah was filthy and I had to clean it before we used it...coffee cup stains and spills plus dirt and patio wasn’t swept. Glass doors had fingerprints and smears on them. The bbq was disgusting and we couldn’t use it as there was still some food stuck on the grill and it was black. Windows and window sills were dirty with dead moths and mould on blinds. The house smelt like sewers and one of the rooms downstairs had dust and fluff on the walls. Wondered why there were big floor fans in bottom bathroom? Garage was filthy too, Dead rat outside garage. Paint peeling off walls and ceilings. Glass door to verandah is very hard to lock. Someone else’s coat hanger was left on the TV cabinet so we wondered if it had been cleaned...and a used blanket was left on the couch when we arrived. When we pushed the cushions from the couch back into place there was dirt, crumbs and bits of someone else’s toys there. The vacuum was left in the laundry which was a safety issue, especially with little kids. We had to wait a half an hour before we could get into the house as the cleaners were still cleaning. It smelt strongly of bleach but overall cleanliness of house was quite bad. It needs a good spring clean and extra clean of walls, blinds and cupboards, especially kitchen cupboard. Found dead cockroaches in bottom bathroom. Tried to overlook the above to enjoy holiday. Will return hoping house

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2nd year in a row we have styed here. Great location but the house was disappointing this year and was dirty on arrival.Sand on floors, food spill in the cutlery draw, dust on all the bed heads and bed side tables, candy wrappers throughout the house! We called the cleaners back and 2 hours later they turned up. By this time we had already cleaned the house ourselves so not off to a good start.Aircon is on some secret timer system that keep turning off and you have to re-start again.We were considering to re-book again and take the hit that we will need to re-clean ourselves but for the month of February its gone from $360 per night to $496 per night. No Thanks - Off to Hawks Nest next year.

The location is spectacular and the design and layout of the duplex is great. Sadly this year we noticed that the property needs some attention. The cleaning of the property left a lot to be desired, cleaning a large property in a short space of time must be difficult however I would like to hope that the standard improves.I would recommend this property based on the spectacular location, great layout, amenities and comfort , it just needs a little TLC to bring it back up to scratch.

Lovely House, Shame It Was Not Cleaned.

We arrived at this lovely property around 2pm to find it in a right mess. It had not been cleaned and was filthy. Bins in toilets had not been emptied or cleaned, fridge dirty, sand and dust everywhere, not good at all. We called the agent who said she would call us back. When she did she told us that a cleaning squad would be there to clean the house. We went out and when we came back four hours later the cleaners had just finished. I called the agent back again and explained that I was not happy as on a four day booking we had just lost half a day as we could not use any of the facilities, she was not interested and said they had cleaned the property. I paid a lot of money for this house and we lost half a day with no understanding from the agent. I won't use this site again. Very Very Disappointed as it spoiled our stay.

Perfect Beach House

We absolutely loved this place. Since we have young children it wasn't possible to spend all day at the beach but we felt like we were right there sitting on the balcony. The view is stunning. The house is well equipped with everything that you could possibly want on a holiday. We will definitely be back.
