This condo, that was previously owned by Tim Swenson, has been a customer favorite for many years. Being new owners, we hope to provide the same wonderful experience to all guests. With numerous amenities in the building and a ton of things at our doorstep, we couldn't think of a better option for a vacation home.

Beautifully decorated and fully furnished, this condo is located in the heart of Old Orchard Beach. Whether its the beach, family activities, food or the vibe, this place gives everything we want and look for in a vacation home.
