Unit #7 - Ground Floor Efficiency Studio with A/C

Sleeps 3 max. If more than the maximum number of people show up at check-in time for the reservation, the reservation will be denied. Relax in our comfortable and recently renovated efficiency condominium. This clean and sunny ground floor unit has vinyl flooring, sliders to a private deck, and a spacious grassy picnic, BBQ, and play area off the back patio, A/C, heat, Smart Streaming TV, and a bathroom with a shower and tub. This unit has a very comfortable queen-sized bed and 1 twin bed. It is equipped with linens and cooking utensils. Kitchenette, cooktop, no oven. Fresh towels are available daily. Kids and adults will enjoy the pool – just steps away! The Braemar Condominiums is a no pets allowed community. Please bring towels for the beach and pool. We are a mile from the Town Bay Beach and 2.5 miles to the National Seashore Head of Meadow Beach. Guests are permitted 1 vehicle per unit.  Additional vehicle is $10.00 per day.

Very Lovely Property

We were there only two nights but it was very nice. We were able to check in early making things easy for us. Everything was spotless and the pool was a great spot for us after the beach. You’re about five miles from PTown but an easy, flat and beautiful bike ride along the water. There is a free shuttle we saw many people using. Easy access to beaches. We like Race Point and Herring Cove maybe a 10 minute drive. Head of the Meadow might be half that distance.

Amazing stay amazing location amazing service!

I had a great time during stay here. The place had great summer vibes and the location wasn’t bad at all. Less than 10 mins from commercial street. The beach we went to was head of meadow beach and I’d recommended. The staff was so nice and was the highlight of the stay. I would stay here again!
