Max Guests 4 - If more people show up at check-in time, the reservation will be denied. Come and relax in this lovely 1st-floor deluxe unit with two new queen size beds, sofa, dresser, private deck with outdoor patio set, barbecue grills, large yard area, and swimming pool just bring your pool/beach towels. Amenities include kitchen with full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster oven, kitchen island, new cookware, dish ware, new cabinets, granite countertops, and tiled backsplash, 40” Smart TV, WIFI, USB port for charging, and sofa. New bathroom with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and fresh towels are available in the Office. The Braemar Condominiums is a No Pets Allowed community. Guests are permitted 1 vehicle per unit.  Additional vehicle is $10.00 per day.
Leave the car and take the shuttle located in the front for a quick trip to Provincetown for some restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, Truro Winery, and a great public library offering programs for young and old, a shaded playground with gardens, with computer access. Close to Truro bay beaches, and .National Seashore beaches, and Head Of Meadow Beach.

Beautiful Cond

We have stayed in/near Provincetown many times and this was the best place we have stayed. The room was beautiful, newly renovated and very clean. While there were no ingredients in the kitchen, it was extremely well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. We loved being able to grill and eat on the back porch and enjoyed the pool for a quick dip in the afternoon. We would have liked to be closer to PTown, but that is the only thing about the place that wasn't perfect!

Great Stay

While we had some issues navigating the provided cable/Roku set up it was more than offset by cleanliness and other appointments provided in the apartment. We would most definitely seek out this space again on our next venture to the Cape Cod area and give it 4 and 1/2 stars.

Easy Breezy

The check in process was very easy. The property was just as pictured and extremely clean. We had a great time using the games that were left. We had an issue with the air conditioning unit and the staff were very quick to handle the problem and offered to move us if we weren't happy with the remedy. We were very satisfied though. The unit is located really close to so many beaches and places to eat and explore but still felt like we were off the beaten path with plenty of privacy. We will definitely be back.

Charming Large Studio

The property owner, Maurice, was great to work with. He was responsive, accommodating, and gave great suggestions on local restaurants/activities. The unit was clean, in great condition, and had everything we could want in a large studio unit for a girl’s weekend. Would highly recommend if you are looking to stay somewhere close to Provincetown or in Truro but not break the bank. Great service, great unit, and great overall value!
