One of the few places with indoor and outdoor pools and tennis. All new furniture and completely renovated. Very large Unit oversize double kitchen table. One can be used as a game room with a wet bar and beer/wine fridge.
Door can be closed for privacy when sharing with kids or other couples.

Great newly renovated Fully furished Penthouse 2 Bed 2 bath Condo with indoor and outdoor pools, Jacuzzi, Tennis. South forest beach area close to Coligny Plaza enough sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests. Close to bike paths and restaurants.

Bikes paths from one end to the other to make family bikes easy, safe and enjoyable. If you have kids you have to go see Greg Russell at Sea Pine Harbor Town.

good and not so good

I have good things and not so good things to say about the place. I was only there for 2 nights and did not request anything special from the owner or the manager. The first complaint was that it was hard to find as there was no address on the building and the name of the building was not in the owners description. The beach was not steps away, but we drove and parked in a metered lot and then had to walk over 1/4 mile to get there. I loved the way the way the bedrooms were separated with their own wing and the condo was spacious. It wasn't as clean as I would have hoped. Dust balls on the floor and kitchen cabinets needed a thorough cleaning. The toilets were difficult to flush as you had to hold the handle down to get it to flush completely. The sliding glass door in the living room did not lock. There were 3 tv's and that was nice. The internet worked very well. I thought the location was great.

We are sorry you could not find the beach. It’s just across the street walking distance from our unit . I will included better directions so that never happens again. There are 2’access points. Less that 200 yards from our unit. As well as include driving instructions. Our building is Ocean Walk villa’s 10 Lemoyne Ave. We are new to Home Away and were helped by them setting up our listing . I will get All the info in. No excesses for it now being clean will address with cleaning company. It’s the busiest time of year with a lot units rented back to back so I believe that would have figured into the dust. If you had notified me I could have sent them back. Thanks for your feedback will make the necessary changes.

Great Experience!

We loved this place! It was beautiful and very spacious. The owner was very helpful and let us in the place early. It was a very short walk to everything. Everything you could need was there. There are a couple SMALL things that need to be fixed, but they didn’t affect our stay what so ever. Very happy with our stay!

Nice size unit...but...

There were several undisclosed issues. NOT steps away from the beach. Unit was hot. Not enough ceiling fans....ONLY ONE. No ice maker. No clocks or radio in the bedrooms. Toilets dont flush. No bar soap. Its supposed to be nicer than a hotel.... The bed was comfortable.....on top of that the manager barged in an hour before check out.....TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Unfortunately we would never rent to this guest again. Some people are un reasonable and difficult and just want to complain even on a beautiful Island in a great location with perfect weather. We have been renting our unit with another service and have gotten consistent 5 Star reviews for years . This guest could not be made happy no matter what my on site manager tried. They lied to us and my manager several times, and lost all credibility . Please ignore this negative review. Our unit is one of the nicest units in the building, we pride ourselves in giving great service and providing an nice clean place close to the beach with indoor and outdoor pools. Many of guests come back year after year and our log book in our unit is filled with great reviews It’s a shame some people use reviews as a way to disparage other people.
