Welcome to our 5-en-suite bedroom beach house Serenity! Serenity - a peaceful place to rest from the hustle and bustle of life. Located in the desirable Roads End area of Lincoln City, Oregon, two streets from the ocean front, offering ocean views, and just a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Chinook Winds Casino and Safeway are less than a mile away. Also close to the hiking trails to God's Thumb and the Knoll.

Contemporary style 5 Bedroom, 5.5 Bathroom beach home with open floor plan concept makes everyone feel connected. To keep you entertained we have a Hot Tub, Shuffleboard, Foosball, X-box, 3 big screen TV’s with cable, WiFi, Fire Pit.

Five Bedrooms - 2 bedrooms with one King bed in each; 2 bedrooms with two Queen beds in each; 5th bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (full size bed on the bottom, twin on top). Separate bathroom for each bedroom!

Upper Floor - Fully stocked kitchen with island; Dining Room with long table; Great Room; Deck with BBQ grill and outdoor table; balcony with views to the ocean; sitting loft with large view window facing ocean - perfect for the morning coffee time, afternoon read, or watching sunsets. Two Bedrooms are on this floor: one King and one double Queen.

Ground Floor - Entry with built-in coat rack & sitting bench; Common area with shuffleboard game, TV, couches; King bedroom; double Queen bedroom; Bedroom with bunk beds, foosball, Xbox; Laundry room.

The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. Lots of cups and dishware. We never ran out with our large group. The whole upstairs are so open and big, perfect for all of ua to hang out all day. And we loved the kids room downstairs. They had lots to do, no one was ever bored. Jacuzzi, tv, games, and a large backyard for kids to run around. Great stay!

It was wonderful having adequate seating in the living room. A bathroom for each bedroom was wonderful, as well as a powder room on the main floor. The floor plan felt well thought out. The kitchen was very well supplied, and parking was convenient. The walk to the beach was easily doable for most of us.

Great house with lots of room for everyone

Beautiful house. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Backyard hot tub and fire pit were so fun. Big communal table with lots of room (a rare find). Living room couch could fit all 16 of us. Owners were so nice and responded immediately when we had questions. Beach is a bit of a walk away and not easy access for old folks, but otherwise great location. We’ll definitely be back!

I am married to my husband Vitaliy. We have five awesome children and our family is growing as our kids are starting to marry. We live in the Pacific Northwest and enjoy spending time with family and relaxing at our beach house.

Why they chose this property

We have another beach home in Roads End, called Castle by the Sea, so we chose to built our second beach home in the same area. Roads End is a great area, the beaches are very nice. It is close to hiking trails - God's Thumb and the Knoll.

What makes this property unique

This home was custom designed specifically for the lot it was built on to have the maximum ocean view from the living areas. We also made sure that each bedroom had it's own bathroom, which we learned is essential when staying with multiple families. Hot tub is a must in a beach home, since it isn't always warm and sunny at the Oregon coast. Having open area plan and high ceilings makes the home feel spacious.
