Guests will have full and private access to the entire property. This includes:
The entire 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home.

Entry is seamless and secure with a smart lock. You will receive your unique, private access code prior to your arrival for self-check-in.
Interaction With Guests

We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their vacation. We will not be present during your stay, but we are always available and just a message or phone call away should you need anything at all. Our goal is to ensure you have a 5-star experience.

Pool Safety: For our guests traveling with children under the age of 6, a pool fence is available for your safety and peace of mind. Please let us know in advance if you will need it set up for your stay.

The house was perfect for our stay in Phoenix. I wish we could have stayed longer. Huge fenced in backyard for our dogs to spend hours chasing lizards. The pool was wonderful. Easy check-in, excellent communication with owner, house is well appointed, spacious and close to grocery and restaurants. Scottsdale has great entertainment. The heated pool was comfortably warm and we spent a lot of time in and around it. We had a wonderful vacation.

We purchased this home because of the oversized lot and great location near everything! We keep improving along the way. We added a skylight recently in the hallway as well as new luxury vinyl flooring throughout. Both baths have been retiled in August of 24. New pebble on pool and new decking July 2025!
