This 3 storey Wharewaka holiday home has 2 units each with separate entrances, Newly renovated kitchen, and bathrooms, making this an ideal option for a wide selection of groups - enjoy the spacious living areas while maintaining peace and privacy! Levels 1 and 2 open onto a fully renovated deck where you can fire up the BBQ and look out to the lake, while ground level flows out to fully fenced section for family games in the garden. Ground level has a kitchenette equipped with basic appliances and it has a chromecast in main upper lounge. Due to multiple levels young children should be supervised, see special conditions below.

Enjoying a separate entrance on the ground level, bedroom 5 has a queen bed and a small lounge has two sets of king single bunk beds sleeping an extra 4 guests. With a recently installed heat pump on the ground level, your group will be nice and cosy in winter. Located on the first level, ensuite bedroom 1 is fitted with a super king bed and a baby cot, while bedroom 2 has a queen bed. On level 2, bedrooms 3 and 4 each have a king single bed.

A table tennis table has also been added to the garage for the whole family to be entertained with family table tennis tournaments!

To complete your family holiday set up, there is a bathroom on level 1 and level 2.

This well presented, comfortable house has everything you require for a home away from at the lake. There is ample room to relax, a fully fenced backyard, set out on adventure with the lake edge just a 3-5 minute walk from your door and Taupo only a 7 minute drive away.

This property has plenty of boat parking space, as well as a secured garage for bike storage.

Please note the house is spread over three levels with multiple stairs and we recommend supervision of young children in these areas. For extra safety, child safety gates are available at the property.

Please note there are security cameras at this property, placed in the outdoor areas (front gate and back entrance). Rest assured that our guests privacy is of paramount importance and these will only be operating for added security during and between stays.

Please note that there's a maximum of 10 adults allowed at this property at all times. The remaining two guests must be children.

Guests are to provide their own coffee capsules for the Nespresso machine available.
