You can't beat this canal for easy access to the gulf out of Crystal River. The house has a floating dock and it's furnished with everything you need.

Fantastic location in Crystal River

My family had a wonderful stay at this property in crystal river. Great place just outside of town but still on a beautiful canal with easy access to Crystal River and Kings bay. Only a short trip to the marina for a boat rental, and just a few minutes to town for all the restaurants on the water!!!

Great vacation rental.

Would highly recommend. This rental is located in a great spot right off of the river. Amenities were awesome. We'll definitely look for some time to rent in the summer.

Relaxing home.

Very comfortable home with great front and back porches for the sunrise and sunset. Home has very comfortable beds and sits on a deep canal just minutes from the river and gulf. We really enjoyed our two week stay.

Great place for those who love the “Salt Life”

My grown kids and I reunited in Homosassa for a day of scalloping and came to this place afterwards to relax. It easily accommodated 6 of us and was very conducive for hanging out, grilling and catching up with each other. I loved the porches, their views and the use of kayaks to access Crystal river. A great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! Very clean. Easily accessible both by road and by boat! Love that we could go out even on low tide. Will rent again!

Thanks for the great review. Yes, our house is the deepest canal on the river and has not bridges so you never have to worry about the tides when coming or going. It makes planning so much easier.

Perfect!

We loved the place- perfect location for kayaking and fishing! Ginger was nice enough to drop a crockpot off so I could prepare dinner while we were on the water!
