Vlamis Villas consists of four adjoining apartments and one separate, Junior Villa.

The Villa has been deeply renovated in 2023. The design is based on clean geometries and natural materials in light tones, creating a modern and minimal atmosphere.

Materials such as wood and fabric were used, combined with styles in pastel tones, to create a welcoming and calm environment for guests. Emphasis was given on the study of lighting in order to combine different qualities of lighting during the day.

We had an incredible stay at Villa Vlamis. Manolis, the property owner, was unbelievably friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, which made the whole experience even better. The villa itself was gorgeous—honestly even better than the photos, and the photos were already stunning. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and really well equipped. The hot tub was perfectly warm and such a treat in the evenings. My partner, my mum, and I all agreed it was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Truly an amazing experience.

Perfect place, perfect service, perfect villa for 4

When we saw the villa for the first time from the parking lot - great view to the sea, perfect place! Inside the same. Everything was fine for us. Two great Master bedrooms, living room and kitchen also perfect. Outside best view from the Terrace to the sea.

A week in Crete!

Amazing. We were in Greece two weeks and this was by far our BEST part. Next time I’d just come here. Manolis couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Our junior suite with hot tub overlooking the Mediterranean spoiled us! We walked down the easy path and snorkeled 2x/day. Octopus, moray eels, lion fish, and oh so much more! WOW. It was clean, updated, and comfortable! We used the rental car Manolis helped us get to day trip to the port, Balos beach, and Seitan beach. Unbelievable experience. Thank you, Manolis. Our family from Minnesota will treasure the experience and hope to return!

Unser Aufenthalt war unglaublich schön. Toller Ausblick, schöne sehr saubere Wohnung. Fantastische Terrasse mit Whirlpool und angrenzendem gemeinsam genutzten Pool. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig gelegen. Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zum Meer. Dort waren wir schnorcheln. Manolis war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Urlaub!

Das ist eine wirklich tolle Ferienwohnung. Die Aussicht ist grandios und wer einen ruhigen, erholsamen Urlaub sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Manolis kümmert sich um alles ganz hervorragend. Er ist super gut erreichbar und kümmert sich sofort um alles. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur allen empfehlen!

Kleine traumhafte Ferienanlage

Kleines Schmuckstück mit großartiger Lage direkt am Meer! Pool mit Meeresblick und nur geteilt mit wenigen Appartements, davor in 30m in einer geschützten Felsbucht noch zusätzlich eine Badeplattform für Tauch- und Schnorchelausflüge. Und alles in einer sehr ruhigen, weitflächig und nur schwach bebauten Naturlandschaft am Ortsrand der sehr beschaulichen kleinen Siedlung Stavros. Traumhaft! Einziges Manko ist die Nähe zum Flughafen, die bei bestimmten Windrichtungen zum verstärkten Flugverkehr über der Bucht führt. Ist aber erträglich... Dafür bekommst du mit Manolis einen Gastgeber, der alles bestens regelt und sich liebevoll um alles sofort kümmert. Alles bestens!

Perfekt

Es war alles wie beschrieben, wunderschön gelegen und super sauber. Man ist schnell zu Fuß nach Stavros gelaufen, wo man das nötigste Einkaufen oder auch Essen gehen kann. Manolis ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, dem das Wohl seiner Gäste am Herzen liegt.

Ein sehr schöner Familienurlaub

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit. Manolis ist ein wunderbarer und sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Der Blick aufs Meer von der Terrasse aus ist sowohl für einen Kaffee am Morgen als auch für ein Glas Wein zum Sonnenuntergang sehr zu empfehlen.

En super flot udsigt

Vlamis Villas ligger meget ugenert med den flotteste udsigt man kan ønske sig. Der er 5 boliger og vi boede i Junior Villaen. Vi har boet 3 uger hos Manolis og nydt det lækre og næsten nye pool område. Du kan også bade i havet fra en betonplatform blot 20 meter fra poolen. Der er en stor grill og jeg tror vi var de eneste der brugte grillen. Junior Villaen har 2 badeværelser og 2 soveværelser, samt et køkken alrum. Det var mere end 30 grader om dagen og 26-27 om aftenen, så det var dejligt med aircondition i begge soveværelser. Manglede vi noget glas, tallerkener eller andet kunne vi blot ringe til Manolis der er super hjælpsom, taler godt engelsk og er nem at få fat på. Vi var her under Corona og Manolis håndterede det meget professionelt, vi så bl.a. hvordan han og hans folk klargjorde andre lejligheder. Vlamis Villas ligger lidt væk fra en lille hyggelig by Stavros hvor der også er flere restauranter, lidt handle muligheder og en fin sandstrand. Vi vil helt klart anbefale Vlamis Villas.

Mooie zonsondergang

Prachtige locatie met een geweldige zonsondergang aan zee. Het contact met Manolis was prima. Enige minpuntje is dat de badkamers een beetje verouderd zijn en je in bad moet douchen. Voor de rest prima locatie om te relaxen in de zee of in het prachtige zoutwater zwembad.

Great place to stay

Sea view, pool and villa are beautiful. Manolis is a perfect host. Occasionally there is noise from the airplanes, both civil and military, from the nearby airfield as can be expected and we knew that before. All in all, a great place to stay.

Excellent through and through.

When we arrived at the villa we were blown away by the location, beauty and the facilities on offer. The villa was perfect for my husband, myself and our two sons aged 12 and 9. Manolis was very welcoming and shared excellent knowledge regarding where would be good for us to visit. We can only give excellent praise from our stay, we would highly recommend to others and we are very sad our holiday came to an end after 7 days. Love love loved our stay. Thank you Manolis.
