Great home away from home

We were so happy with our stay here. It was our home away from home in Breck. Great location--short walk to the main street with shops and restaurants. Condo was very clean and well equipped. Would def stay here again in the future!

Perfect ski weekend

Great spot! The condo is well stocked in the kitchen. It has games and books, and everything you need for kids. I love the location within walking distance of the gondola. We never had to get our car!

Wonderful property and location! We’ve stayed in many ski mountain accommodations and this ranks up near the top on terms of cleanliness, amenities and decor! While technically not ski-in/ski-out, it’s an easy walk to the Gondola and town. You can also ski down within 2 blocks of the front door.

Nice property walking distamnce to gondala (Though we drove every day as it was easier) and walking distance to downtown and all teh restaruants. Hot Tub was less than ideal but everything else was great

Great location!

This property was very clean and had all the comforts of home. The beds were very nice and the furniture was still in good condition. This location was perfect for us. A few hundred yards from the gondola, could ski in from snowflake, and perfect walking distance to Main Street. We didn't use our vehicle at all. The parking is a little tight to get in and out of but managed with our Tacoma. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place. Very clean and well-maintained. The laundry situation was confusing. The machines take only quarters. The Laundry Room requires a code to enter, which did not appear to be provided. However, I will give them the benefit of the doubt since I did not call to specifically request it. Location is great.

Our family group of five really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was warm, comfortable, clean, quiet and conveniently situated for everything we wanted to do. The kitchen was well-equipped for our home-cooked meals and the town was a short walk away for evenings out. I would certainly check out availability of the unit for any future stays in Breckenridge.

Amazing Location, Cozy Space!

We loved our stay, the condo was in the perfect location and a short walk to Main St., the Gondola and hot tubs were a great after skiing bonus! The condo was well equipped, very comfortable beds and all the extras we didn't know we needed.

overall good experience

We enjoyed our stay at this great condo. Had a couple of issues that we had to call about. There were no sheets for the fold out couch but they brought us some late that night. No fitted sheet, but we made the flat one work. Huge issue with the hot water, though. The tank is not big enough for the 5 people we had staying there. I can't imagine if we had 7 people. The after hours number was helpful, but it was frustrating to have to call multiple times for hot water.

Fabulous place with the best location

This condo is wonderful and has nearly everything you could ask for! Perfect location and a garage space. Warm, comfortable and spacious with beautiful mountain decor. We would highly recommended this property!
