Poolside Villa No 10, at Sands Resort, With Sunny Aspect.

Situated on the Sands Beach Resort, a superb beachfront self catering complex with a wealth of amenities, including a bar, 2 restaurants, shop, gym and tennis court. There are a number of bars, restaurants and shops within 5 minutes walk and the town centre is a 15 minute stroll along the beach. The villa is situated on the sunny side of the pool and the accommodation is all on the ground floor (one step into the bathroom) and comprises open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with fold down double bed, bedroom with king size bed and shower room with seperate wash area. For the more active water sports are available at the beach, conditions are perfect for wind surfing, bike hire is available on the complex and the golf course is only 5 minutes drive.

Great apartment and prefect resort

A great apartment to stay, got everything we need, very clean and comfortable, good communication with the owner and he is very kind to let us check out late as our flight was at evening. The resort is perfect for families and only less than ten minutes to a shopping centre, there are many restaurants there. We're going to Lanzarote very regularly and knew Costa teguise very well, this is the best apartment for the valuation.

We had a great stay in this villa, clean & tidy, fans available to use, with a fitted ceiling fan in the bedroom, comfortable king size bed, this was our 2nd stay in this villa, would definitely stay there again.

No lie in!

Lovely appartment, although a bit tired, had everything plus more that you need. Great sunny aspect next to a lovely pool...HOWEVER the bedroom backs on to the training pool and we were woken EVERY morning without fail as early as 6am, latest 7am, with coaches bellowing instructions. There is a heavy foot fall at times at the front as it is the main route to the restaurant. Have stayed at sandsbeach lots of times before in March and knew triathletes trained here, but have never been disturbed quite like this. This aside the property was great.

Nice villa, just as described.

Villa was of decent quality, sofa was clean and comfortable, kitchen was clean, well equipped and of good standard. The bed was very comfortable with a good memory foam mattress, pillows were a bit poor tho, the wardrobe was great with loads of hangers. Bathroom had a couple of mouldy bits and maybe would benefit from some bleach on them, the shower was great and had good pressure. Thought the basin arrangement was a bit weird but work ok, only drawback with the sinks being outside the bathroom and between the lounge and bedroom was all our toiletries were on display. TV was a bit of a faff to get on but after I messaged Ciaran we managed it fine, maybe worth providing instructions in the villa. The only thing missing was Wifi but it isn't included and this is clear on the listing. Overall we were happy with the villa and compared to others on the resort was of a good standard. Its a wee walk to the shops etc but not too far. Good for older couples off season and probably good for families in the summer.

Propietario muy hospitalario y amable. El alojamiento correcto por el precio que tiene. No obstante, hay exceso de humedad (traemos toda la ropa con olor a humedad) y cucarachas. Salió en el dormitorio una que era enorme. Nos dio miedo dormir en ese dormitorio del fondo por miedo a los bichos y además el olor a humedad era insoportable. La ubicación es muy buena en Costa Teguise.

Der Bungalow liegt zwar auf dem Gelände des Sands Veach Resorts, gehört aber nicht dazu. Die Möbel sind abgewohnt und alt, müll in den Schränken und essen vom Vormieter im Kühlschrank. Kakerlake an ersten Abend im Bad, dort sind die Fugen verschimmelt und rissig. Handtücher waren dreckig und stinkend, mussten erst Mal gewaschen werden. Gastgeber weist jede Verantwortung von sich und tut, als ob das Appartement frisch renoviert sei.

We liked the Sands Beach Resort however the whole complex could do with an upgrade as looking very tired including the apartment. The shower was not hot only warm but this is not the owners fault this is supplied via Sands Beach. This however was resolved towards the end of our stay after communicating with the owner and the complex a couple of times. The shower could do with updating as cracked tiles and mould. We had a problem with the oven but was resolved albeit a bit fiddly. Also we had a problem with the washing machine and found the belt had broken but the owner was very quick to get this fixed. Sunbeds were in short supply and the ones that were there were very poor and need to be replaced. Overall we loved Costa Teguise and will be returning. The pool opposite the apartment isn't heated and was icy cold. Owner was very quick to respond to messages at all times and very apologetic when things weren't right

Run down house with no heating and hot water in a nice resort

The owner of the place is very nice and friendly but he is far away and I need to give an honest opinion. The house is a bit run down (sofa is very old and it smells), very cold and humid inside, and no hot water ( only slightly warm, I did not manage to wash my hair for a week). I think this place will work when it is very hot outside, including at night. The worst of all, we have seen 4 cocroaches during our stay, the one in the kitchen was giant!!

Le logement est situé dans un resort très bien entretenu et très propre avec piscine (non chauffée) pour chaque quartier. La plage est proche. Les photos représentent tout à fait la réalité. Le logement est assez grand et parfait pour 2 personnes. La déco date un peu, mais compte tenu du tarif très abordable, cela ne nous a pas gêné. Le ménage est fait, mais pas vraiment dans les coins. Il serait nécessaire de changer les housses du canapé et du fauteuil. N'ayant pas de voisins en cette période de décembre, nous étions au calme et avons très bien dormi. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, car compte tenu du Covid, nous ne sommes pas allés au seul restaurant du resort ouvert. Le séjour à Lanzarote est vraiment dépaysant, et en une semaine, vous avez de quoi être occupé avec toutes les visites à faire. Cette petite parenthèse en hiver avec un temps printannier nous a enchanté. Nous recommandons cette location et l'île de Lanzarote.
