Located in beautiful downtown Chatfield (Chosen Valley). This beautiful 2nd floor loft has been totally renovated. Installed a new walk-in shower in bath in January 2022.
THIS IS A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM.
Downtown living just steps from the shops, bars & restaurants in town. Chatfield also has quaint little shops for those fun afternoons with the girls. Enjoy sunny days on your own private rooftop deck. All amenities are included. Whether its a girl's weekend or biking in Lanesboro with the family, this will sure to be a great retreat!!
UPDATE: Our loft is cleaned & disinfected between each guest stay for everyone's health & safety. Dawn will send door code day before checkin.

Relaxing stay in quaint little town.

The Loft was a relaxing place to spend the weekend. We enjoyed walking to good food, adult beverages and the Chatfield Arts center.

Great base for exploring the Root River Trail and adjacent area. Spacious, comfortable, and the hot tub is great for sore muscles after a day of bicycle riding.

Perfect, cozy, winter getaway. Perfectly located in downtown so you are centralized to everything. The space is beautiful & the rooftop deck was the perfect place to watch the sunset. Loved the hot tub. Felt at home upon getting there. Truly the retreat we were looking forward. Thank you!

Perfect weekend getaway

Stayed in the loft with a group of 4 girlfriends for annual girls weekend. I loved the atmosphere! Very comfy and cozy. The hot tub was awesome. Everything was a described. Charming town and locals. Lots to do in surrounding cities. I would absolutely stay here again. I think this would be great for a romanic weekend for two as well!

Chatfield Hideaway

Dawn’s loft apartment was perfect for my husband and me. It was very spacious for the two of us and had everything we needed. We were attending an anniversary party held in Chatfield that was just a short distance away. We ate at Jack’s twice, which was right across the street. I enjoyed visiting the shops across the street.

The host/owners of the property went above and beyond to make our stay extremely homey and comfortable, and showed genuine care of our needs. We even bumped into the host and had a very nice conversation, where he asked multiple times if everything was ok. The property is Very unique and fun! Two huge thumbs up! Great stay for me he Lanesboro Area

Arrived Friday around 5pm, left about 10am Sunday. The loft was remodeled really nicely, very warm and comfortable. Lots of little compfy xtras. Placemats and cloth napkins in rings on dining room table. Complimentary bottle of wine, lots of dishes and Tupperware for leftovers. We brought our own meals and preperation was like we were home. Furniture and beds were comfortable . Shower had the detachable shower head which is always a bonus. The only negative was the open walls at the top of the bedrooms. If light and noise is disrupting to your sleep it is a problem. Very nice stay.

Chatfield Bluff Country Bike Trip

The Loft in Chatfield is spectacular. The online pictures definitely don't do it justice and it is a roomy, beautiful, luxurious space. Our host family are the best and responded almost immediately to our few questions. We'll be back again to stay at this awesome getaway.

The Loft was really nice!

The place was super cute! The hot tub was broken and that was a huge bummer. However, they let us know prior to coming so that was nice. Nice small town area!

My husband & I lived in the loft for 10 years. Decided to move out to our country home in 2018. We owned and managed our shade & blinds business, located directly below the loft. We retired in December 2023. Our sons now run our business. We love to travel & hang out with our family.

The loft is located center of town, right downtown. Fun restaurants, bars & quant shops are steps away.

What makes this property unique

This 2 bedroom/2 bath loft is located on 2nd floor with a set of stairs on the inside. It has a 2 level deck. The loft is located right downtown. So, you can get a little extra noise because of the location. The loft walls do not go all the way up to the ceiling in the bedrooms. So, bring earplugs if this would be an issue. It's a fun place to stay.
