The Space:

Soft morning light filters through tall windows as snow settles quietly across the fairway, the peaks of Whistler and Blackcomb rising beyond. Inside, the warmth of a wood-burning fireplace spreads through the open living space, inviting slow breakfasts and unhurried starts. After a full day in the mountain air, you return to stillness - steam lifting from the hot tub, boots drying in the mudroom, and a cozy evening unfolding indoors.



Living spaces

Set beside the first tee of the Nicklaus North Golf Course, this two-level chalet is designed for gathering and unwinding in every season. Natural stone details and exposed log beams shape the atmosphere, while expansive windows frame winter views of the surrounding mountains. The main living area centers around a wood-burning fireplace and entertainment system, creating a comfortable place to settle in after skiing, snowshoeing, or exploring the village. A dedicated home theatre and upgraded media room offer a relaxed option for movie nights and quiet evenings inside.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped and thoughtfully laid out, with a Wolf gas range, granite countertops, and a central island that keeps everyone connected while meals come together. The dining table seats eight beside wide windows overlooking the snow-covered fairway. When conditions allow, the patio offers additional space with a BBQ grill and outdoor furniture, while winter evenings are best enjoyed indoors with the fire nearby.



Sleeping arrangements

All four bedrooms are located on the upper level, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The primary suite features a king bed, fireplace, TV, and private sundeck, along with a bathroom that includes a deep soaking jacuzzi and glass-enclosed steam shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with a shower ensuite, while the third includes a king bed and a bathtub and shower combination. The fourth bedroom is arranged with two bunk beds, a TV, and a lounge area with a sofa and bean bags. A powder room on the main floor adds convenience for shared spaces.



Outdoor living

Surrounded by evergreens, the backyard opens onto the golf course and provides a quiet setting year-round. The hot tub is especially inviting in winter, offering a place to unwind beneath falling snow after a day outdoors. The patio and grassy yard extend the living space when weather permits, with views stretching toward the mountains.

The home includes in-unit laundry, high-speed Wifi, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair. Bathroom essentials and bed linens are provided, along with clothing storage and extra blankets. A private entrance, smart lock self check-in, free parking garage, and driveway space make arrivals and departures simple, while safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a safe.



Neighborhood

Nicklaus North is a peaceful, established area near Green Lake, just a short drive from Whistler Village. Cross-country ski trails begin nearby in winter, while the village offers dining, shopping, and access to the mountain. This setting places you close to Whistler’s seasonal highlights while offering a calm retreat to return to each evening.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Centered around the renowned Nicklaus North Golf Course, the area offers stunning lake and mountain views year-round. • Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
