This condo completed a brand new remodel and is one of the newest out of all the sandcastles listed. I also have minivans stationed at the airports for your convenience. They are an extra charge. I am fully insured and can usually beat competition buy 50%. I also own two other direct ocean front condos next door in sandcastle one and three ( sandcastle one VRBO #769898 or sandcastle three VRBO #1462091 or sandcastle two 2813590. that has all the amenities this one has to offer. This is a direct ocean front with heated pool and hot tub along with gas grills located by the pool for your personal use. My condo also provides high quality linens to make your beach stay truly memorable. Disney and Bush Gardens are a short distance away. We rent Saturday to Saturday only. Thank you

The condo was well stocked across all rooms. The beds were comfortable and the unobstructed view of the beach was beautiful. Our stay was unfortunately impacted by day-one issues. Most notably, the AC not working properly which required three maintenance visits. The discomfort was significant. I was patient and respectful throughout the ordeal and complied with all of Philip’s requests to troubleshoot the problem yet no gesture of goodwill to offset the disruption of our stay was offered in return. It was quite disappointing.

First off, I would like to say that I do my best every week to make all guests vacations the best they can possibly be. With that being said when my technician came out there the first time he noted that the thermostat was off with that being said he cleaned the drain line which will turn the thermostat off if it’s plugged. The system was back up cooling at the proper temperature. The next afternoon guest called me and said that it was angan not cooling. I recalled my technician he came out and changed the run capacitor. Again the unit cooled to normal temperatures. The following day the guest noted the unit was cooling properly but outside was making not a normal noise which was a totally different problem from cooling so I had called my technician out again and he found a crack in a fan blade so he replaced the fan blade and the blower motor. I will tell you that I take air-conditioning very serious in Florida because it does get hot. I also will tell you what the extreme heat at certain times of the year in Florida those units run constantly so once in a while, sadly you do have parts that fail. I do have those units serviced frequently but sometimes unexpectedly things happen. I am monitoring that air-conditioning unit and I have had no issues since then

The property was beautiful, modern and clean. Well stocked, did not need to bring as much as we did. Sunsets are amazing from the balcony and we had a great time and the property was also pet friendly. Owners were great to work with.

Great location and great owner

Could not get any closer to the beach if you tried!! Nice, warm pool as well. Within walking distance to great restaurants, ice cream and shops. The owner is super nice and very responsive to questions. Condo is very well kept and was very comfortable for the 7 of us. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Hi, My wife and I are the owners of three condos. Two of them are located in Sandcastle one and three. This one is located in Sandcastle two. Both my wife and I are very excited about sharing our condos with you. We live in Crown Point, Indiana and have two children. I am an electrician at US Steel and my wife is a third grade teacher. We have worked very hard to acquire these condos and would love for you stay here and make memories with your family.

Why they chose this property

This property has everything you want to do. It is all within walking distance or a few short miles away. From restaurants, to golfing, to the ocean you can experience numerous activities in a short amount of time.

What makes this property unique

Airports are located within fifteen to thirty minutes away. Their is Clearwater St Petersburg or Tampa airport. Disney and Bush Gardens are a short distance away. The Pub restaurant is located directly across the street and offers a full menu and bar. The sand is like sugar and the Gulf of Mexico is very warm.
